I have checked back 3 years and I am sorry I do not recognize the last name as one of our customers. All of our customers are cataloged and unfortunately you are not one of them. Maybe you contacted the wrong company.<br><br>Also, the EPA will NOT allow anyone in the home while we are working. That would make it impossible for you to say that "He did more talking then work". The tech would wait for you to leave before he started the extermination. That leads me to believe that it was not us that did this treatment.<br><br>If you are one of our valued clients, please call me and we will certainly workout a resolution.

High prices for affordable

I can not find your name in our system. I am not sure you were ever a client.<br><br>My response is that we are Affordable Bed Bug Exterminators and NOT CHEAP Bed Bug Exterminators. We get clients that try to use the cheap guys and end up coming to us because they did not show, they were there 10 minutes, and the problem is still there. We charge $450 for a normal 3 bedroom home. The larger companies charge $1000 for the same size home. Our price is certainly more Affordable.<br><br>Call Orkin, Batzner, Wil Kil and Terminex and see where we compare!<br><br>It is unfair to give us a 2 star review. We offer over the phone quotes to a property unseen. We do not come to your home and try to up sell or pressure a sale. Here is our price and if it fits in your budget great.<br><br>We have had over 2000 clients that were very pleased with our pricing and more importantly our service.

Haven't seen a bedbug so far and it's been weeks. Loved how the person who came here(sorry I forgot his) filled me in on how the process went and what to expect. He took his time with us because we were so not ready for him only a few days notice from landlord. He waited very patiently while we got our fur babies in the van to go. The only thing I can say that I didn't like was when I came home my house was turned upside down. But I understand it's what needs to be done I was just surprised. Once the process is done I will update more.
