This is my second year using Bug Man Queen Bee and I have been very satisfied with the service and price I am getting. They seem to do a very good job. I was using a competitor of theirs for many years at a higher cost and they did not do as good of a job.

Peter was timely, polite, and addressed all of my questions. I was pleased they could fit me in within two business days of calling. Highly recommended for those with property in Elm Grove or Brookfield.

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I’ve been with the personalized service I get. Quick response times. Always in communication with me about when Adam will arrive and-most important- effective! I highly recommend Bug Man and Queen Bee. I used to pay monthly for a service, for years. They were bought out by a big national company and service went down the drain. You can’t reach a local person there anymore. I may pay slightly more when paying per visit with Adam but the service makes it totally worth every cent.

Adam and his team are amazing. We were having some issues with ants near our patio door and along the baseboard of our living room. They seemed to be coming in from outside. Came downstairs one day and you couldn't see the floor there were so many. We tried traps, sprays, etc. Nothing worked. There were always 10-15 of them at any given time. Adam and his team came out to our house and sprayed and did their thing about 2 weeks ago and we've had zero ants since. Not a single one. All hail Bug Man and Queen Bee!

Prompt, courteous, professional, and they get the job done. We found new nests after we scheduled, and they took care of them. We live near woods, and this hot weather has created more visibility. DO NOT try to eradicate hornets and wasps yourself. They are fair in price and worth it.
