Ryan is very thorough and personable. He explained what he did and showed me what areas were treated. Very happy with his service.
Rich was phenomenal! Was kind and direct with what needed done. I’d previously tried a different service and the difference between the treatment of my problem and how I was treated was remarkable! Jacob, another tech, just trudged through a driveway full of uncleared snow and played with my pitbull all while checking a trap. I recommend you guys to anyone dealing with unwanted pests!

We’ve used kwik kill for years, once in an older home for mice and now in our new home for ants. We’ve always had an extremely positive experience. They’ve been professional, helpful and incredibly responsive. We’ve recommended them to many others and appreciate their fast response, professionalism and high quality work.
John was super polite and thorough, and kind to my many pets throughout the process. :)
Tim came out to my house and thoroughly checked all of the rodent baits. He was very polite and made sure to put on shoe covers when entering the house. He found the four baits in the basement - I don't even know where they are - with little trouble. Tim was a really nice, friendly guy and I appreciated that!

Ryan came out to the house and walked me through the process of getting the house sealed up and mouse proofed. He was excellent, patient and very kind. I would highly recommend their services as they are very competitive in pricing.

The technician, Joey, was very thorough and detail oriented. He took time to answer all my questions and provided insight into why he was performing each of the tasks. A pleasure to work with.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company. Their work is fine but they recently did a bait and switch on us and it cost us far more than we were quoted. Nearly double in fact. Get their pricing in writing before you get the service. Also make darn sure you get a receipt as well. You've been warned.

Hey Scott, I just left you a voicemail to discuss the miscommunication. It looks like you had 2 specialty services provided on 4/30/25 for 2 different concerns you had going on. Our standard policy is to provide a 50% discount for that 2nd service if being performed at the same time, which it appears we did I see you have been a client for various concerns as needed since 2016 and I would love the opportunity to discuss the situation with you. Did not do anything to attempt to figure out the actual problem with the house, and refused to cut into walls. I ended up having to fix the problem myself by creating my own exclusion, despite paying for one.

Called office three times before I got an answer and a human to speak with. Told me I had to wait for over a week and a half for someone to stop by. They called a half hour before the arrival time and it quickly turned into a sales gimmick. The guy kept speaking that he would inspect the house and take pictures and would return later to discuss and provide an estimate. This is not brain surgery and from what I've been reading is that they play games with costing and charge for items not asked for. I would be very carful before getting them involved in any contract.

I had been a customer for years and all crew members who came out to perform the service had been excellent! But over the years, the management has changed and the customer service is not what it used to be. Some folks in the office can be rude. Finally, during my last service, a couple hundred dollars were charged to my card without my consent.

Called out for racoon 'infestation', trapped and killed the adult female, told homeowners that it was too soon in season for raccoon babies. Wrong. 4 babies left behind. They also display an opossum on their webpage. Opossums are not nuisance animals, they are not dangerous or mean. They are actually wonderful little creatures who eat the bugs you don't want in your yard. At least develop a catch and release program instead of killing the animals.

We have talked to both your co-workers Jami and Diane about their recommendations for the best way to handle inaccessible baby raccoons and we are all on a common understanding and we do handle these jobs how it has been recommended by your Organization (Wisconsin WildCare).<br><br>Hi Christine, we've searched our database and talked to every raccoon customer we've had this Spring. We cannot find your name or link you to any of our jobs. Please call me to discuss 608-228-8899, Ryan.<br><br>We do follow all WI DNR and Nation Wildlife Control Operators best practices. Our technicians have the highest state and federal certifications to handle these situations. As a company we strive to do the right thing in every situation. If we are ever unable to remove baby raccoons due to being in an inaccessible area we do refer them to the proper organizations to remove and rehab the kits, such as Wisconsin Wildcare (whom you maybe associated with). It is really unfair for someone to slander our company without calling us to discuss your concerns first.
They kill nursing raccoons and leave their starving babies crying for home owners to be sad about. Killing wildlife isn't the answer. Skedaddle is one million times better and humane!

The service person did a good job explaining the service and procedures, but the office person (Jake) insisted that we need to pay right away on the spot. When I was asking the reasons and invoice, he refused to provide me one and unprofessional in the interactions with me.
Ryan, Bob, and the whole lot try to be fast talking pros but are really pushing a gimmick. There is no specificity when you buy the "professional"service, not are they specific about what they are going to charge you. I bought the mouse proofing package and it consisted of some spray foam and steel wool. There were no worthwhile barriers implemented, not did their inspection of the exterior for entry points encompass the whole perimeter. Rodents moved the steel wool and chewed through the spray foam (foam did not contain the bitter pest deterrent agent) LESS THAN 7 DAYS LATER! I called them and they said I could schedule a follow-up visit for $125. They charged $300 for the first short-lived visit. When I inquired with the company, you could tell that they knew they were pushing a gimmick and I had fallen for it. Unprofessional, ill-mannered company. Do NOT pay them a dime. Google it and save yourself hundreds.
