We called in because we had mouse droppings in our kitchen. The message was passed on to Craig and he called us back right away. Even though he was at home, he went out of his way to help us out. He arrived within about 1/2 hour. Craig then spent about an hour trying to locate the critter and find out its access point. He not only caught it (a vole) but he also put steel wool in the access point on our patio! He went way beyond our expectations!

Surprising a snake in your living room was not something we were expecting. Called Professional Pest Control and they were able to come to our house in 40 minutes (another company said sometime next week). Jacob was very professional and did an excellent job. Snake gone and we were able to go to sleep that night without worrying about a snake trying to get in bed with us. Based on this experience, we would highly recommend this company

Jerry was amazing - came to the house within 24 hours of my initiating contact - examined the area I showed him and told me how he would go about handling it. He went to get suited up and then came back and finished the job same day! Jerry was extremly professional, friendly and he got the job done exceeding my expecations! Quick service with fair pricing. Nearby company tried to sign me up for an annual contract with hefty cancellation fee for an issue requiring a single treatment. Not these guys!

I had a great service till now. I called three service in a row for the same property and paid all the invoices on time. I asked for extra bait and the manager refuse to give it out. The only reason I asked is may be technician didn't put enough bait in the first place. I have been referring all of my client who bought property from me. I guess manager doesn't know how to retain the customer. I am business owner and it's important that owner should know why I will discontinue service just for extra bait for mice. So hopefully it doesn't repeat this kind of service to the other customer. They didn't even come inside my house to look for bait station. If you want my business. You can call me.

Had these guys come here 24 hrs ago.. they supposedly sprayed my house.. When I got home I still have bug on my tv and petty fly 🪰 that woke me up this morning. I called n they told me it takes longer then 24hrs. I said if u buy bee spray at menards and sprayed a nest it kills on contact Apparently what they use it takes longer.. Well 4 $225.00 to kills Asian Beatles and flys.. something is wrong.. 1 of 2 things happen 1 They just came here opened my door and stuffed a bill in the door 2 They watered down the chemical so much they can call it they where here..

Terrible experience with the technician. They provide the bare minimum (spray the grounds with a backpack sprayer that you could easily do yourself) and charge a monthly fee. Definitely not worth the price.

We called these guys because we’ve been having mice in our basement. They told us they could come out and didn’t need us to even be home and sounded almost like they’d prefer us not to be. We were home. The guy rang the doorbell and told me he’d do his thing around the house. He literally spent about 30 minutes here and apparently shoved steel wool in a couple places and then left which cost us $185! And guess what WE STILL HAVE MICE. They explained nothing and solved nothing.

I am so unhappy with this company I simply would not recommend them ever I just found signs of mice in my silverware drawer and a dead mouse in my basement tow month after their last service call

They are not willing to return dropped phone calls. When I called back and I am a (return customer) voicemail not long enough to leave a message and phone #.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First they came into my home and literally just kept pointing at things and saying " This would piss me off if I had to come fumigate in here". Then continued to say "I'm going to be really pissed off people are still here when we show up" Then canceled because we didn't salt the driveway, and nobody was there to let them in even though they told us not to be there and rescheduled us for the following day. They never sent a checklist telling us what we should do to prepare for fumigation. So I cleaned up everything off the floor like they asked, and made everything neat and tidy before they arrived.I came home to a completely ransacked house. Photos ripped off the walls, stepped on, or were buried in other debris. Clothing absolutely everywhere, everything ripped out of the closets. If you like idiot rednecks with a "big man" complex then this is the company for you!

I had them come out for a mouse proofing service. They used steel wool and expanding foam to seal up all of the cracks. After they came, I had more mice in the house than before. I called and they said to wait a couple of weeks to make sure the mice trapped in the house were gone. After a month there were still mice in the house. I asked them to come back again, and they gave me a hard time about it. They said they couldn't guarantee their work. They did finally agree to come back out, but the second time didn't change anything. I finally called kwikKill and they came out the same day. They showed me at least 3 holes that were large enough for mice to get through that PPC had missed. They filled them and I haven't had a mouse since.
