Elite Pest Control has been wonderful to work with! They’re responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. Mike explained everything very well and even checked in on us a few days post extermination to make sure no more Yellowjackets were making their way through our house. I was in desperate need of an exterminator. Childhood experiences have scarred me, so I’m used to paying for monthly pest services for our homes. I chatted with someone right away, got an appointment set up for the following week, and Ive not looked back since! They do a fabulous job. My technician, Mike, is fabulous! He’s so kind and friendly. He even removes his shoes when he treats our inside! And I didn’t even have to ask him to! My kids have warmed up to him and like to talk his head off, too! I’m very pleased with this company! Anytime there’s been an issue, they send someone out to fix things, at no extra charge. Their monthly fee is extremely reasonable! They would be a great asset to your life, if you’re searching for a friendly, thorough, honest company who doesn’t charge out the wazoo!

We have used Elite Pest Solutions several times over the past few years - for wasps and also ants. They always respond quickly by email, and are very friendly when they are at our house. I will recommend Elite Pest Solutions over and over again!!! Superior service! Honest, friendly, always very accommodating, fair and worth every penny. Steve helped me when I bought a home that had been vacant for a year. Made sure no critters were there. Then I called him about a huge hornets nest that had formed! I was so happy with their service, I hired them for a business building I was working in and EVERY office inside was happy with their work!! I’d give 10 stars if I could and will always use and recommend them!

Steve is the best worker we have ever had in our house. He is very detail oriented. If there are bugs, he will find them--and get rid of them. He was helpful, reassuring us that he could get rid of the bugs and that things would be back to normal. We almost needed a counselor as well as bug killer because we were so traumatized at getting bed bugs. Steve came back 2 times to make sure the bugs were gone. And then we decided for our peace of mind to have him come back every 3-4 months on a regular basis just to check if we have any new bugs. we initially had the whole house heat treatment, but evidently all the bugs were not killed. we got the bedbugs back. So we tried the chemical treatment with Steve. He got rid of the bugs on the first try. Steve is completely honest, his work integrity is the highest. He works hard and quickly, but he can always spare time to talk with us when we have questions. Steve is an honest, hard working guy who knows his business.

They sure do have the right name. The people at Elite did a great good of explaining what the problem was and how to correct it. I could not be more satisfied and will recommend them to everyone I know.
