The guy that came to the house reeked of alcohol and marijuana. Slurring his words. I was worried he'd cause an accident driving. I called the sheriffs when he was packing up to leave.

I was very impressed with Storm services. The email that was sent prior to my aeration service explained everything in detail as to what they were going to do and added tips for afterwards. I've never had a company go into such great detail and it was very much appreciated. Dylan arrived when he said he would and completed the service as expected. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services to others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing company! I was having issues with my current company and not seeing the kind of results that I wanted so I decided to look elsewhere and found storm pro and let me tell you it’s night and day difference in quality of service and always go above and beyond leaving helpful tips and even dog treats for the pups 🐶 do yourself a favor and hire them

An all around bad service. They just kinda stopped showing up. They sure diddnt stop trying to bill me tho. Even threatened to take me to court. They wanted 3 months worth of lawn cutting. I only paid for the two times they showed up, which was like 4 weeks apart. They were very rude.

Hi Neil, <br>We do not provide lawn mowing services... are you sure you have the right company? We provide fertilization, weed control, aeration and insect control services. Those are our only 4 areas of expertise and specializations. If you have left this review in error, can you kindly remove it from our reviews?
I have asked that they call the day before. This only happens about 1/2 the time. Other then this issue we are pleased. Their staff is friendly & professional

My father had recommended The Storm to me. I was very satisfied with their service the first two years I used them , but last year had multiple weeds, which did not improve. I was going to stay with them again this year to see if any better this year, but was told by the woman answering the phone that they were letting go of customers who had “weed” problems. I would think since they are a lawn service that they would want to improve it. I emailed the owner/management to get some resolution and never got a response back from them.

Hi Noelle, Looks like you only took 2 out of the 5 treatments we offer. Our weed control is not Preventative- it is a reactive, which is why we offer coming out 5 times. We didn't let you go because of "weed" problems- that is our main job. We let you go for other reasons, which we had described to you. Very poor quality service. Young woman did one swipe down front sides & back. Husband had to go out and tell her to do again. One minute to winterized a lawn? Ridiculous. Don't recommend nor will we use them again

Well I went with Storm based on all the positive reviews and I have never been more disappointed. I know they have had problems like many in finding help, but my lawn has more weeds this year than ever before. When I call them about it it takes them weeks to come out and do something. As I type it's been over a week since they said they would be sending someone out and yet nothing. I even asked 3 times to have someone contact me about their pest services and no one ever did. Hopefully they get better people but given I have paid for a years worth of lawn treatments that will cost me more in lawn repairs, I can not recommend them given how many other companies do the same.

I am unable to look you up based off of your First name and Last initial.<br>We prefer all issues to be handled over the phone- call or text so we can ask more questions.<br>There is unfortunately a shortage of workers in the world right now, but our staff has been very consistent- our applicators have been with us for years.<br>This page is strictly for the Appleton location, however if you need to get ahold of the Manitowoc Storm- I can also help you with that.
the price is starting to get to high .Dont like the auto sigh up for next year without a signature or contract

Hi Randy, I looked at your account. We did get your message about cancelling this off season, however it looks like you did join again. Rest Assured- I have taken you off of our auto- renew program so we don't come out next year. As far as the prices go, there have been years that we did not increase our prices, and unfortunately we did have to this year do the increased price of fertilizer and gas. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a customer with us in this 2021 season.

Great people, great products and great results, most of the time. If I had suggestions on how to enhance their service, it would be to become more attentive when a consumer calls or emails with a question. I would also like to see more pro-activity. My lawn developed grubs and I had to bring it to their attention even though they had just been out to fertilize. We were alerted that they would come on a Friday or Monday - we appreciate the notice because we have two dogs to worry about. They didn't come on Friday or Monday, but did several of our neighbors on that Monday, then drove away. We called right away and the office was going to check, but never returned our call. On Tuesday, they just showed up. In summary, great people, products and service. More focus on communication and customer service would further enhance their service.
