"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pest Badger / Justin Fralick. Yesterday, Justin explained that the job was completed correctly, but there is no way this was done properly.The first service received an F-grade from me. Winds were gusting up to 40 MPH that day, yet the technician (Wyatt) was not on-site long enough to thoroughly treat the house and yard under those conditions. Proper application in high wind requires more time and care to ensure even coverage and effectiveness.We have security cameras in both the front and back yards that captured the entire visit, clearly showing the short duration.I strongly advise others: Do not do business with Justin Fralick or Pest Badger. Save your time and money—look for a company that stands behind their work with thorough, reliable service."

Ms. Goins completed our quarterly exterior pest service plus adding some ant repellent in our master bath without any issues.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Pest Badger came over inspected and “sealed” my attic before winter and we were told by the technician that he filled a couple small cracks. This service costed over $500 and the technician would only inspect half the attic. 2 days later we had red squirrels in the part of the attic that wasn’t inspected so we called pest badger again and left a voicemail to the technician. NO RESPONSE was received. Called them again and they were scheduled to show up at 4pm the next day. Took off early from work to get home and they were a NO SHOW. Called that night and asked when the technician was going to show up because he was 2 hours late. Was told no one was ever scheduled. They said they would call me the next morning and apologized. I was told the previous technician never finished sealing my attic and it was in their notes he was supposed to return but yet I was charged the full amount. And here we are a full 24hours later and NO RESPONSE again. Avoid this company like the plague!

She arrived at my house at 10:40 and was pulling out of my driveway at 10:45 I have it all on camera- barely sprayed. Most services I’ve had in the past take minimum half hour to an hour. I’ve had more bugs in my house after the first time they treated, but was willing to give a second chance. After seeing this today, I’m no longer going to be getting g service from them!

Two years ago they were great. Last year was terrible. They never kept the scheduled date. They couldnt control weeds on my yard and coulding get ride on the ant hills, which are now all over my year. I'm very disapointed as they didnt seem to care anyway.

Misleading sales pitch. Was told products were "all natural" and "deterred" insects vs "killed" insects. Well...when the applicator technician showed up and I talked to him he told me the EXACT opposite. Products are pesticides and toxic. No thanks.

We have had multiple issues with spider webs not being removed even after placing special requests for a thorough job to be done. I called them the same day they came out for services on July 14 that the spiderwebs were not cleaned up. They said somebody would call us back and after two weeks no response. I called them back on July 31, and the lady said they would put in a priority for them to call us the next day. The next day came around and no phone call. They just randomly showed up to our house on August 5 when we weren’t home to let them come in and spray the house As well as take care of the spiderweb issue. In the picture is a spiderweb that was never cleaned up on July 14. The other photo is of the guy looking at the spiderweb and not removing it on Aug 5. Stay away from this company.

I've been using Badger pest control services for about 4 months. I got up in the morning of 7/24 and I had ants in my kitchen. At 824AM I called Badger to get a service tech. I was told that one would arrive today but they couldn't give me a time frame. At 1212PM I received a text from Badger stating my appt was still pending. Mind you during this entire time I am vacuuming up ants because I had no insect spray and didn't want to go get any in case the tech showed up. At 1227PM I called Badger again and asked if I could get a time frame. Badger put me on hold and tried to reach the tech. After about 3 -5 minutes they said they couldn't reach him. I called one more time and Badger operator reminded me the tech has a schedule. My reply was how many people on his schedule had ants in the house now. I told the operator that they should be able to prioritize the calls in this case. So, I stayed waiting at my house till around 540PM and went to pick up some insecticide spray from ACE. Badger tech never showed up and has of 215PM the next day no body has showed up or called. This is my experience with this company that I am sharing with everyone who may be considering using their Pest Services. I NOT RECOMMEND THEM.Oh by the way if you cancel before the service contract they want to charge you $279 dollars. So read the fine print and consider using another company

Predatory and Unprofessional Behavior This company will never be allowed near my residence again. A representative showed up uninvited, waited briefly at the door, then proceeded to walk around our home, peering into windows. This is not only invasive, it’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the rep used a manipulative sales tactic, claiming “my boss told me to come service this address.” It’s clear this was just a door-to-door marketing ploy, but instead of being upfront, they chose to mislead and trespass. Using pressure and deception to drum up business is not just unprofessional...it’s predatory. Avoid this company unless you want years of unwanted contact. Spare me your PC apology also, we have it all on video

I do not agree with your marketing strategy. Would highly recommend that you send your guys out with a few flyers with info so that if someone says “we are not interested” (which I politely declined 8 times today, even mentioning I was on the phone twice) in other words “No” they have something to break out of the conversation politely. Such as, thank you for your time and here is a flyer with information on it. What I dealt with today was/is a very pushy and rude way to handle business. Also I don’t appreciate being lied to. Telling me everything is plant based, when I research the chemicals used, that is not factual.

Would NOT recommend Pest Badger to ANYONE. My old pest control merged with this company. Had to sign a contract for three applications. No problem. First application not effective and they did come back to spray again. Second application not effective and was told to wait a week. Did not call them back again. Third application, April 18 not effective! Because I cancelled my contract they would not come back and spray again without renewing my contract. They do not stand behind their product or service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

I was with Pro-X Lawncare for almost 20 years with outstanding service. Then Pro-X sold or merged with Pest Badger and their service was awful. In 2024 I went from one of the best looking lawns in my neighborhood to one of the worst. Their scheduling department is -2 stars at best. The techs were great when they actually showed up. My 2024 spring treatment was cancelled by them do to rain , and no one ever showed up or texted till the end of June. I remember calling at least twice and got Voice-mail during business hours. In November, I never heard from them for my typical winterization treatment. Then in December (yes...December!) I receive a text they were coming the next day. I had to cancel because my yard was already full of extension cords and Christmas decorations. Now in 2025, I receive both a text and an email they are coming for my spring treatment on 04/24. No one ever showed up! I called and was told there was a scheduling error. So disappointed that I had to cancel and find a different business for my Lawncare needs.
