Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care

I was so excited to have my lawn and mosquito control done for my yard. We bought my parents’ house. They have used this company in the past so we naturally did the same. My parents had great results. I have had to call every time to have someone service me for both lawn and mosquito control. They always say we will be out soon our service team only goes out there so often. Then why take us as a customer? When the mosquito control comes out the guy literally stands in one spot. We rarely notice

We registered for the 5 lawn application April 28th. The branch changed it to 4 applications because it was later in the season. However, they still did not complete our application until June 26th, two months later despite us calling three times and being told we were prioritized. The weeds (thistles, clover, crab grass, etc) have come back with a vengeance. We called July 19th asking for a checkback, and now July 30th we have still not received any return service or 2nd application. Every

0 stars. They changed our location for our service to a different city. We were on the edge of their area. Had to call 3 times to get our first service the first week in May. We had prepaid for the year of service. Called for second service and were told we weren't in the schedule for next 2 weeks which put us into July and still only 1 treatment. They did show up that week and sprayed all around the fence of our garden killing all tomatoes and stunting the rest of the garden. Had to re
