Absolutely terrible! Do not use! Scam! I had 2 treatments for Stink bugs and Box Elders. Both times the technician left streaks on all of my windows. Then in early fall, literally thousands of stink bugs and box elders covered my house. The treatments obviously did not work. Since I was doing an Airbnb, I had to go to Menards, get the insecticide and do it myself the day before the arrival of the guests because Fenix couldn't make it out for a supplemental treatment (I doubt it would've help

Don't trust this company! Their technicians don't know the difference between a mud wasp nest and a paper wasp nest. They came to treat my roof for paper wasps and commented about "being able to see where the nests are" pointing to the stains from old mud wasp nests. Their service didn't treat the wasp problem and I still had wasps getting into my house - about 50 wasps in the upstairs including my son's bedroom.
