Their customer service isn't very good. You have to call over and over again before someone ever picks up. And they don't return phone calls either which is also not very professional. As for the heater devices, they're okay and do get the job done. But the company could learn to improve basic professionalism in how they conduct their business.

I didn't want to believe it and suffered through almost three months of bites, scratching and sleepless nights until I thought I was about to lose my mind and potentially my marriage, so I called ZappBug. A team was at my house in less than 24 hours and promptly went to work wrapping my fabric bed frame, mattress, curtains and all other fabric furniture with their heat-chamber-zapping contraption. Within hours, my entire home was rid of mites, critters and dare I say it, bed bugs. Thank you ZappBug for giving me my sanity, my marriage and my life back! Your professionalism and efficiency are what we appreciated the most! Way to get the job done!

A+ would buy again

I love the unit and it works well but the plugin timers are a joke and a fire hazard. I was using it on a job a few months ago and one started smoking and melting. I thought maybe it was just a bad one. But over the last few months I have had 2 not shut off and will even allow the unit to run with no lights on. Today I had one start smoking and melting...now I have no timers left and have to plug them straight into the wall. The home I'm treating is owned by a fireman and after looking at the timer unit that has no labels on them...he feels they are not even able to handle the load going through them........vary disappointed with Zapp Bug.

Just recieved our order one heater is broken. Left a voicemail and email will update review hopefully with good news that this company stands behind their products.
