Paul was great, came out and gave a free estimate of what they could do. Was straight forward and broke everything down and showed what to fix soon and what can wait. Did not try to just sell everything and pressure to move forward with services. Great employee to work with!

Paul went under the house and took picture of where the rodents have been digging under the foundation and what needs to be done to stop them.
Mel was very professional and pleasant. He explained the problem areas plainly and assured us that their team provides good quality work and stands behind it.
Chris was very helpful in his inspection and explaining what he saw and what he felt I needed to do. Whether we end up using your estimate or not, I was very glad that Chris was the one who came to our house. I also had a sense that he respected older people And was very pleasant to talk with. By all means it was worth 10 bucks.

He dedicated his time to looking at the project from multiple different angles along with hearing me and my concerns. I felt very seen during our conversations as this house needs a lot of work and there are many factors at play.

Jakobe was great! He arrived at the appointed time. He inspected the crawl space thoroughly and discussed his findings. He made some improvements and cleaned the area. Lastly he showed me photos of his work and asked if I had any remaining concerns. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

He did a great job at checking all the spaces, even walked outside the perimeter of the house to look for gaps. Since there are some fixtures that need to be done by more of a structural company, he gave great recommendations and explained what I can expect to happen. Also Gave me a nice step-by-step on what I can expect from the company going forward – Specifically how it pertains to maintenance/prevention. He was very professional and very friendly also, of course gave me a 30 minute heads up on what time he was going to arrive, which I greatly appreciate. Would definitely recommend him. Jakobe did the after inspection on he as also nothing but amazing. Gave me a heads up when he came by and was very knowledgeable. He also added small fixtures/ cleanups and took pictures for my records as well.

Zachary had a majestic cat set as his phone background, I assume it is his cat. Zachary was really nice, patient, and informative. I was impressed with confident which made me feel very sure of his skills and his assessment. I was really dreading our inspection and was really worried about our rodent issue. After Zachary's arrival I started to feel more at ease. And by the end of the inspection Zachary had me feeling really good about our rodent situation and the plan to fix it! Zachary also gave me a fun looking treasure map of the job site, which was fun! -AND informative. Thanks Zachary!

Jakobe was extremely helpful. I appreciated that he first asked if I had any concerns about the work done on our crawl space. I did have a few questions and after identifying my concerns he said he would inspect the work done. Afterwards he came back and reviewed the pictures he had taken and identified two areas that needed follow up. He called the group that had done the abatement and restoration and got them scheduled to return and finish the work. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail and his explanations. I would definitely recommend Jakobe and Rodent Guard because of their quality control and oversight. I am most impressed by their professionalism!

Paul was prompt, friendly, and professional. He showed me pictures of the work that needed to be done in my crawl space. The quote is more than I can budget, so I’ll be seeking additional quotes.

Jakobe was phenomenal! He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He showed up right on time and really listened to my concerns. He took great photos to show me what he found and was thorough and direct. He addressed the issues promptly and left me feeling relieved and grateful.
