I can only speak for our services conducted in Silverdale WA. I think Cascade pest control has a lot of potential; however, one side our our house was being completely missed. The dewebbing around the home didn’t seem to be happening even though they said it was. Our front porch wasn’t being dewebbed after the first treatment. We had 3 different people in a short period of time. We asked for 3 months to get an internal treatment for pests, both verbally to the people coming and written to the ad

I had a rodent problem in my attic that’s why I hired them so I had 4 services a year- they showed up at my house yesterday and said they didn’t have time to check the traps in the attic and just sprayed the outside of my house for 5 minutes and charged me $154 and they never addressed the problem that I hired them for don’t use Cascade Pest Control or you will waste a lot of money

We have regular service with this company. They come every other month. We have a gate with a latch because we have dogs. More than once they have come & left our gate open. We can’t see our gate from our house & our dogs get out & roam the neighborhood after they leave. This is irresponsible & very frustrating when they can’t be bothered to latch the gate as they leave.
