We are so pleased with the work Redi National does for us. They’ve kept our home pest free for over 5 years. Our technician, Anthony, checks in every time he comes for his monthly visit. He asks if we’ve seen anything that needs his attention and always knows how to eliminate the problem if needed. Last summer late on a Friday afternoon, I discovered a wasp nest near our patio and the wasps were swarming. We were hosting a baby shower the next day. I called and Anthony came out early the next morning and took care of the wasps. He instructed us on what to expect after the treatment as well. Anthony really knows his stuff when it comes to pests! We’re lucky to have him! Thanks so much, Redi National! We’re customers for life!
The customer service is nice and the tech was great. I decided to go with someone else but they email me EVERYDAY with a contract to sign. If I don’t sign after I don’t know a week, maybe I’m not interested

Good morning Sameez, <br>The automated notifications happen once a day for 10 days after the creation of a bid before the bid expires. However, if you simply decline the bid which only takes two clicks of the mouse it will stop sending notifications. It is setup this way because a lot of people aren't checking their email daily and if they do things tend to get lost in their inbox. Obviously that is not the case with you, but typically those diligent enough to be checking their inbox daily would be diligent enough to click the decline button or email in to stop the notifications rather than posting a google review...

thieves. Scam artists and thieves. Wheres my money!!!@ First they will not provide service consistently. They will come a few times and stop coming at all. I was a customer for 5 years. During those 5 years there was 3 times services stopped for a while. First time it was so long i had rats in my house. After the third time without services during 5 years i dropped their service for not providing work and charging me. I have no idea exactly how many months I paid without service in total. They set appointments you go to work trusting they will come and they say they did but traps are not reset with food nor are dead bodies taken out. Always check the work they said they did. After i ended my service with them Redi stole 200 dollars from me. Told them for 3 months to get me off the billing list after I ended my service with them October. They continued to bill me I called them 4 times and sent 3 emails. They said it will be fixed. Got charged 200 at the end of Friday haha. Theyr thieves.

Blake was great. Our monthly service happens like clockwork and Blake made sure that we had the tamper proof bait stations so our dogs would stay safe.

Great job on odorous ants and rodents but ...paid ninety nine dollars a month for mole control , and my back yard is destroyed by moles, cancelled their service this month and just received their final bill...... shouldn't they be reimbursing me? Disappointed.
I’ve had them for 2 years used to be a great service… now they raise my price without letting me know every 2 months and don’t respond to my messages. This has been very frustrating, clearly this organization has gone down hill.

Good morning sir, <br>I have gone through and reviewed your account. I can see you have been on service with us since 2021 actually. We actually did our first price increase in over 20 years in the past 12 months from which you had a 6$ increase. We did send out a newsletter by email and by snail mail 1 month prior to let our customers know about the change. We here at Redi have taken pride in offering quality service at low rates with no increases for so many years but unfortunately with the way the economy and inflation has gone we did have to do a small increase. We are reaching out to you again this morning to try and go over this possibly resend the newsletters that you missed out on as it sounds like you haven't been getting them. The only other change that has occurred to your account is a paper statement fee which we would be happy to remove and even credit you back the difference if you would like to switch to E-statements. Redi National is the absolute WORST! My experience is with their office staff was off the charts, HORRIBLE! They are the worst pest control company I have ever worked with (Orkin, Terminix, and Got Moles were far superior). I will not name the individuals I spoke with, but honestly if I were the owner of the Redi National, and they were my staff I would have some seriously training scheduled for them. What could have been a reasonable conversation about some mistaken billing issues (even after I paid them faithfully and automatically via bill pay service, every month for over 3 years) turned into them being obtuse and petty. In regard to the services rendered at my home: We hired them to deal with a mole issue in our yard as well as to take over the previous spraying for small odorous house ants. They set surface cages for moles (so a big metal cages sitting on my ward for weeks) and did not catch ANYTHING! They simply gave up trying and I was so sick of the metal cages sitting in the middle of my yard, I agreed to have them removed. As far as the Mole issue goes: I finally hired a company called "Got Moles". They came out and had the moles dealt with in a matter of days. Honestly, after talking with the Got Moles guy, the idea of catching a mole in a surface cage is absolutely Ludacris! They are subterranean creatures, you have to catch them where they live! They may have come inside my house one time (I honestly can't remember if they even did that) to spray for ants, but other than that, they only ever sprayed around the exterior of my house. We have a friendly small Westie dog that all of the other technicians (from Orkin and Terminix) had no problem making friends with so that if he was in the yard when they came to do service it never mattered, they would just kind of say hello to the dog (maybe even pet him for a few seconds) and then do their work. Redi National guys would treat my dog like he was a problematic thing and I needed to make sure he was secured (kept inside house) any time they were around. My final words of advice: Look for true pest professionals like Orkin or Terminix (or other local companies) who actually care about relationships with their customers and customer service. Keep Redi National on your DO NOT CALL list!

Good morning sir, <br>I'm sorry for the frustrations and obvious disconnects. I would love to speak with you personally on this topic. My number is 206-698-4741<br>My name is Morgan and I am the General Manager. I have taken a look at your account already and can see some of the issues at hand. I would like to state that the above ground live traps that were placed around your yard were actually for a raccoon trapping service you had us complete back in October of 2021. You had started service for moles that August and later on you had another inspection done revealing that some of the yard damage had been by raccoons noted by the technician at the time. <br>Your ant service is designed to only do interior treatments when there is an outbreak. Hence the preventative maintenance. Your last outbreak was back in February of 2023 and we did treat the interior at that time. I'm elated that over 2 years have passed without another interior treatment being necessary. It's truly a testament to the products and treatment techniques. Our monthly services come with a full reservice warranty meaning if you are dealing with your target pests in between treatments we will come out at no extra charge to take care of that for you. <br>The reason why we recommend keeping pets and dogs inside during pesticide and rodenticide treatment programs isn't for the benefit of the technician but for the health of your pet. While wet the pesticides used by all companies in the PNW will at the least cause skin irritations or rashes when coming in contact with bare skin or fur. For the health and wellbeing of the fur babies that we all treasure we will always take extra steps to ensure they get the protection they deserve while maintaining proficiency and professionalism. <br>The root of the this appears to be a billing issue stemming back to April of 2024 which I would love to go over with you and see if there's a means that we can come to an agreement and try and meet halfway. <br>Thank you for your time. <br>M . When we purchased our house in the neighborhood, we were told pest control was already set up by the HOA for our neighborhood, which is just two houses. We kept seeing a lot of spiders and at one point we wondered if our house gets even serviced. Our HOA has been getting billed for both houses. We have received a notice of the next service and decided to talk to the technician, as we were lucky enough to be home that day. The technician started working on the other house and when my husband wanted to approach him, he found out the technician already left and didn’t spray our house! We called Redi and wanted to find out why he didn’t work on our house. Redi confirmed HOA is paying for both houses and made him come back. He told my husband he has been assigned to the neighborhood for YEARS and he has never worked on our house! We were absolutely shocked. He said when he first got the route he walked around the house and didn’t see any baits or traps. Why didn’t he verify? I don’t know. Redi didn’t even make the first step to make this right. We left a message for the manager and it took multiple attempts to talk to him. They claimed this technician only worked the route for a year and they can refund us for the year. There was barely any apology. Horrific customer service. EDIT: We were billed about a month later AGAIN. They claimed they came to our house and provided service. And no, they didn't. We have cameras now everywhere. And we already canceled their services.

Good morning, we worked diligently with this customer to come to a resolution to their issue and as stated provided a full refund to their HOA for the services not rendered. We are using what happened here for training purposes going forward.
Service with Redi National started out spectacular. Unfortunately, as key employees seems to leave so did the good service. The final reason for cancelling service was that the tech would submit a write up of what was completed before they even arrived. And then would spend less than 10 min supposedly completing pest and mole control. At one point I was outside reading in my yard and the tech said he had been by and completed service. I got push back from the office when I told them I was literally outside and nobody came by. I refuse to pay only ti be gaslit. Customer service and the pest control is seriously lacking.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. learn from our mistakes!!! We've been with them for over a year! Giving them chance after chance. But no.... they provide terrible service. Terribly run company! Horrible customer service. A year with them and we STILL have ants in the house!!!! Two times now they don't even show up for service when we ask them for additional service because we have ants EVERYWHERE! What ever they spray monthly does NOTHING to control the ants. Today was the last straw. Scheduled an appointment in the beginning of the week for today. Waiting for their arrival. Even canceled an appointment I had for today to be home for the service. They just don't show up and don't even call you to say they're not coming!!!! At least have the decency to call people that are waiting for you! Will never use this company again and don't recommend you do either.

Paid $220 to have someone come out to inspect a rodent problem. The person who came out showed up an hour after the time range I was given passed. He ended up simply being a sales rep with very limited knowledge of pricing or what would be involved in solving my rodent problem. He proposed a solution plan for the crawl space. When reviewing the pricing, I had to explain to him that the square footage of the crawl space on a two story house would be less than the total square footage of the entire house. I was told a technician would contact me to schedule a time to come out and do the work needed. Two weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. $220 is a lot to spend to give a young salesperson a math lesson. Good thing there are plenty of other options in this space. My recommendation would be to skip Redi National when looking for pest control solutions.

While away out of the country our pet sitter informed us that our cat had fleas. I know their rep from a networking group I am part of and figured it’s always better to do business with people you know and hopefully trust. Wow was I wrong! Their rep John over promised and undelivered. He and the company are unprofessional, unresponsive and disrespectful. They were to be at my house at 8am but they never showed and never called to tell me they were running late. During all this I needed to find a place for my cat to go during the bombing and John offered to take my cat to the vet and groomer. When he first offered I was elated that someone would go out of their way to be so helpful. If I knew he wouldn’t of delivered what he promised, I would of asked someone else for help. My cat sitter showed up at the house 6 hours after the bombing should of been done to see my cat and found him dead. I called John after what I thought the house was bombed and my cat was taken care of and he told me that the tech never made it to my house and he never picked up my cat. I was actually willing to let this all go until they a tech showed up at my house today. They said they were there to do the follow up to their first visit, first visit that never happened! Were they going to charge me for two visits that never happened?? I called the company and spoke with the manager. What a joke that was, he didn’t apologize for the situation until I told him he was being disrespectful and I was applauded with their lack of communication. I hope they can learn from their mistakes and understand that someones word should mean something.
I was going to call them this weekend to do a job at my house. I ran into one of their drivers in everett on 128th at around 4:05 pm. He ran a red light trying to turn into 128th from Fred Meyers parking lot. I was turning left with a green arrow and then I merged to the right lane. He started yelling and flipping me off, very hostile. I do not recommend hiring them.
