We had bed bug problem. We initially used another service but the problem persisted as if no treatment was done. I decided to try BBES. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They took their time to inspect and treat. We saw great results with the treatment,. We noticed after a few weeks that the problem wasn't completely gone. BBES gave me prior worning that this may happen. They came back as soon as I informed them and retreated the problem area. I recommend them.

I really appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to educate me on the issues I was dealing with.

Had a bed bug problem and when I called they came out and inspected that day. PPC sprayed and took care of my problem. They were very professional. They were reasonably priced and beat other company prices for the same job.

Sent me reminders of my appointment, let me know the day of when they would arrive. The tech explained everything he would be doing and gave me tips on what I can do to prevent bed bugs. Very professional. Highly recommend.
