The treatment was done on March 30th its now may 17th. The customer was advised to give the treatment a chance to work. Ants are social insects that migrate in colonies. if we make recommendation to be done outside and they are not done. There is no way we can control pests outside the house. We did advice on how to remove condition conducive to ants. Its very unfortunate that in most case our great service will be recognized for things that don't go the customer's way. Even after explaining how ant treatments work . There is always going to be a group that will never be happy however much you provide more than 110%
