Paratex performed our Japanese Beetle spray for the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). They came into our neighborhood very quietly, did the whole area with out any fanfare, worked quickly - and communicated well.

Called 6+ pest control companies and apparently everyone else was scheduling appointments for sometime after the apocalypse. Ray showed up same day, handled the problem like a boss, and saved the day. Little did the others know, we manage 50+ properties, so that missed call list is going to sting. Ray won the business fair and square. 6 stars if I could. Rockstar service. Thanks Ray- you’re a pest control legend.

We have used Paratex for monthly treatments for about 2 years, and have been very happy with them. Our technician now is Johnny, and he is wonderful! He is so cheerful, he listens to all of my concerns and follows up on my requests with the right treatment. He always lets me know his schedule for our monthly visits and keeps me updated. I'm recommending him to my neighbors with ant problems!

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. We had a recent bedbug encounter at a vacation rental and they were all very patient and helpful with my questions and concerns. They have a fumigation facility and were able to fumigate our luggage so that we didn't bring any visitors home with us. I highly recommend them!

Jason is great at what he does -- he's experienced and very responsive to everything we ask about; he's currently fixing our rodent and wasp infestations, and there's a reduction in rodent activity already.

We heard snap-crackle-pop noises coming from a bedroom corner and thought it could be a termite or carpenter ant infestation within the wall cavity. Ray came out and looked around, eventually finding the entry to a yellow jacket nest that’s either in the attic or high in our wall. He recommended living with it another month until it dies off in October since the yellow jackets haven’t found entry into our living area. Ray said no charge for the visit but we later were billed the service call price that was quoted when I made the initial call. Granted, time is money so it’s a fair price but take any “no charge” comment with a grain of salt.

In this day and age, chivalry is dead and the ladies have to take care of themselves, but boy oh boy did these big tough guys save the day. Wasps! Wasps were entering my apartment by the dozens, I was on the brink of losing my mind. Other services tried and were unsuccessful in getting rid of the pests. Dexter was not only a comfort, but extremely helpful in getting services started and Steve came and blasted the bastards like he was born to do it. Special shout out to Ed who also provided services. I am beyond pleased that my apartment is no longer a scene from Candyman. If you have pests, pay these hunks to take care of it. You won't be sorry!

We saw some termites in our camper while on a camping trip. Since we were passing through Seattle I called Paratex to see if they could look at it since we were passing near their facility. They made time that day, we stopped on our way through, and they immediately helped us out and got us back on the road. Ed and the team were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them!

Tech Trish is amazing to work with. I originally called paratex because I needed rodent control especially near my chicken coops. The night before I called I had walked into my largest coop only to have a continuous stream of rodents trying to hustle out of sight. It was like watching a small circus car empty.... I didn't think the volume would stop. So while I needed to get this under control I also needed to be sure that my chickens weren't harmed. Trish figured it all out - what bait to use, where. PLUS my livestock guardian dog who typically keeps everyone out of the yard...well he's fallen in love with her...now she can come and go without me in tow. I needed to travel this spring and didn't want to miss the start of wasp season, Trish to the rescue again. For me Trish IS paratex. I've had other companies try to sign me... won't do it. In Trish I trust.

This is a very horrible company. They are a complete scam!!! They came to my house over 3 times and I’m still completely infested and their customer service is terrible.
