I had yellow jackets getting behind the siding of my home, and each day a few would show up in my living room trying to get out the big bay window. A friend recommended Ulises and I'm glad she did. He arrived promptly, sprayed the area where bees were ending and solved my problem. I highly recommend Iliad Pest Management.

Ulises is prompt and so easy to work with. We had a wasp nest and they took care of it within hours of me contacting them.

We had a wasp problem in a wooden eave of our roof. We called Iliad, and they were here within 2 hours. Polite, professional, clean, and finished the job at a lower price than other places we called. I'm super impressed and will definitely use them again if needed.

We had a sudden ant invasion in the kitchen and no matter what spray we used they kept coming back. It was getting out of control so I called a pest control company nearby. They scheduled a visit fast and showed up the next day. The tech was super nice and explained what they were gonna do. He treated both inside and outside the house and even looked in the crawl space which I didn’t even think about. Said there was a nest nearby and he handled that too. Within two days I saw almost no ants at all. He told me it might take a few days for it to fully stop but it worked fast. He also gave advice on how to prevent it in the future. The only small thing is the smell from the spray lasted a little longer than I thought but it faded. I’m so glad I called them cause I was going crazy trying to fix it myself. If you got bug problems don’t waste your time and money with store stuff. This was way easier and worked way better. I’ll definitely use them again if anything comes back.

Our tenants had Sugar ants. Wow is all i can say about my experience. This was wonderful service. He answered me right away. Set up an appointment immediately and came back in two weeks for the 2nd spray. Cost was exactly what I thought it should be. And I was able to pay him through a payment system online. It's been awhile now, no tenants are saying there's any ants.

Ulises is great! Would absolutely use him again. We paid a different well-known pest company to come to our house twice to get rid of ants. They were unsuccessful but kept pushing us to purchase quarterly treatments. Instead, I tried Iliad and after the first treatment our ant problems were nearly gone. Ulises visited again and wouldn't accept payment until the ants were gone. I was happy to pay and he was worth every penny. He's also a genuinely nice person. I can't say enough good things about this company and Ulises.
