I live in an apartment building that hired this company because a new resident brought in bed bugs. For several reasons, including the fact that I don't have bed bugs, I wanted to opt for the chemical treatment only; the property manager had scheduled a heat treatment. I got permission from the property manager for a chemical treatment only but she did not communicate that to the company. However, the service person, Tye, assured me that I would get the treatment that was right for me and he absolutely delivered on that. I spent my entire working career in customer service so I know excellent customer service when I see it and I saw it in him.

We hired CBB to treat a family member's house and they were absolutely the right company to hire. CBB was so compassionate and knowledgeable in helping us navigate a very frustrating situation. CBB provided outstanding, professional service throughout the entire process and successfully treated our pest problem with a single heat treatment. They walked us through the process, answered all our questions, and were completely thorough. I highly recommend this company.

I loved working with these people! Over the phone, they were caring, flexible, and got me in right away. My technician, Walker, was professional, knowledgeable, nice, and thorough. After the first heat treatment didn't do the trick, they got me in again the same week. Worth the money. Highly recommend them.

Easily the best exterminator experience I've had. Everyone was friendly, professional, thorough, and above all accommodating with all needs and questions. I had to deal with a much more serious infestation ~15 years ago in Brooklyn, so I had plenty of concerns. Walker made sure everything was in order, and was an absolute trooper getting the work done. Crossing my fingers I won't need to call on them again, but if I do, there's no question I'll be going with these folks. Thanks!!!

We were a little embarrassed about our Bed Bug issue and especially worried about companies coming over with big advertisements on their vehicles. However, Custom Bed Bug was more discreet than I could have ever imagined and Walker was very knowledgable. He reassured me about the process and helped me realize that Bed Bugs can happen to anyone and there’s no reason to be embarrassed. He took care of our problem in one service with a Heat Treatment and gave me lots of info on how to protect myself in the future. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I run into this problem again!
