I hired Adams Residential Contracting to remodel a kitchen, remodel a small bathroom, and replace the flooring throughout most of my small townhouse in Seattle. In the 10+ years I've owned the house, I have worked with all kinds of contractors to upgrade and remodel the rest of the house, so I have a lot of experience working with contractors of all types. I have extremely high standards for home renovation work, and I was satisfied overall with the work that Adams did for me. They were honest, hard working, easy to work with, and the quality of the finished product met my expectations. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. The only thing holding me back from a five-star rating is that I needed to intervene to prevent potential water damage to my house after a pipe broke during construction and the site manager did not take adequate steps to remediate the areas impacted by the water which flooded the ceiling and walls. I probably have more experience in this area than the average homeowner, having worked with mold remediation specialists in the past, but I have also worked with general contractors who know proper remediation protocols. However, once I intervened and explained what needed to be done, the site manager was cooperative and helped me complete the proper remediation, which I am thankful for. The company management team also assured me they would review and improve their procedures for handling similar situations in the future. I respect a company that can learn from mistakes and improve. I'm very happy with my new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring! I intend to use Adams again for future contracting work.

Hired them to repair my kitchen ceiling after a water leak. Took months and the paint job was so lousy I had to re-do it. They also wrecked an area of the hardwood floor under the repair area when they tried to clean up dried paint they had allowed to accumulate there. I would never hire Adams again.

I would use Adams again. They did an excellent job of remodeling our tiny bathroom. Now it is larger and beautiful. Rich Meadows, our foreman, could not have been nicer. He was here every day working, supervising or finding the best sub contractors.
