Spring Green

I have used Senske and Colononial for lawn services and should have never changed to Spring Green. Technician said that he performed service and asked to wait 2 weeks before difference with weeds(see pictures). I had less weeds 2 weeks ago than now. I signed up and paid in full online. My mistake. I was never contacted to discuss the service or timing. I had a broken irrigation system which was very apparent. I also left a message asking that they not fertilize until my sprinklers were fixed but they fertilized twice anyway. My yard burned in the heat with no water. I just met the guy outside as he was about to do something else and when I said that I didn’t need any service right now he was beyond rude. I was willing to accept that

Spring Green Lawn Care of my lawn has been very good. However scheduling is not convenient. They always call the day before to let me know they have scheduled my lawn for treatment the next day in either the morning or afternoon. I have 2 large dogs running around happily in my back yard. Spring Green will NOT give me a call when they are 15 minutes or a half hour from arriving. Nor will they give me a 1 or 2 hour block of time for their arrival.
