Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Daniel did a great job and explained what he was going to do. We had Daniel do our outdoor Spring spray for insects . Pointe has been doing a great job since we canceled a different company for constantly contacting us to spray too often.

In the apartment there are many spiders. I t here a pesticide that is stronger that will really keep them out?

My husband was home all day waiting for point pest control to come. We wanted the inside done also. They NEVER showed up. Later that evening I got a message saying they serviced my house. They did not. After looking into I saw they serviced my mothers house, which was not scheduled to be done.

I am going on my 2nd year at my new house and we have only used Pointe Pest and have been doing so going on about 8 yrs now. Mike is always thorough and friendly, you can’t go wrong using them.

I would like to leave a review but I have no idea if this person was here or not. There was no card or any thing left on my door and as I was off work I was home and did not see anyone around my house . I have no idea what was done if anything and I am not sure what I am paying for ! An invoice, an itemized bill or something would help

The woman I spoke with between 807 and 815 am was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please teach her some respect for your customers. I give what I receive. And she started with an attitude because I had questions regarding the traps in home. I said ok thank you and ended the call because I assumed we agreed a service tech would call me. She called me back to say you hung up on me. No I did not. And she should have never called a customer to that accusing me of that. I’m dealing with a death in the family I don’t need your rude employee calling me saying this to me and causing me more stress over servicing my second house that I have with your company.

Very unhappy with the work. Poor communication, scheduling, work completion and cleanup. Scheduled appointments were missed without notice. Technicians were friendly but arrived without proper protective clothing due to incomplete scope definition of pest problem from sales staff. Yellow jacket nest in crawl space was only partially knocked down and left on floor with no cleanup whatsoever. Voicemails were not returned. Would not recommend using this company.

We had them out multiple times to find mouse holes into the house. After several checks they found nothing. They missed a giant opening under the sink. Not worth the money. We filled it and no more mice. This should have been done by the technician that came out.

I was warned that Pointe was great when you first started. Well, I have been a customer for a little over a year now, and I can't get a hold of them. They are charging me for routine service, but I am currently overrun by yellowjackets they invoiced me for in May. I also have tried 4 different numbers to try and get ahold of someone to come back out to re-treat, not a single one of those numbers connected to someone or gave me the option to leave a message. Will be ending my service with them. Do yourself a favor and find another pest control service who care about longevity in their customers.

The contact ability during first quarter of contract allows this business to defer your phones calls to a Pointe that it’s almost impossible to contact them. I would not use this service again due to this poor business model.

Having issues with mites approximately 1 month after my last service. Signed a year contract and was just told by a representative that they can not help me with what I think are clover mites. They will not come out again until my scheduled service due in June. I'm paying for a pest control service but having to figure out how to take care of these pests myself. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

I am not satisfied with them. They left without fogging my home. I will try another company maybe terminex.
I would post a negative is possible. They put granules in my wine barrels which were producing vegetables. Now the soil and vegetables are toxic!
