And she started with an attitude because I had questions regarding the traps in home. I said ok thank you and ended the call because I assumed we agreed a service tech would call me. She called me back to say you hung up on me. No I did not. And she should have never called a customer to that accusing me of that. I’m dealing with a death in

I booked them for an ant issue that kept coming back around the kitchen. The technician did a quick inspection first and explained the treatment before starting. Took about 40 minutes and didn’t leave a mess behind. It’s been two weeks and the ants haven’t returned.
I asked them to look at spider activity around our balcony and windows. The technician spent time checking corners and light fixtures before applying treatment. He also suggested small maintenance steps to reduce attraction. The results have held up well so far.
Rodents were getting into our garage through a small opening. The team identified the entry point during evaluation and sealed it as part of the service. Traps were installed professionally and monitored. No activity since and the garage feels secure again.
