Our realtor referred us to this company, and we had a great experience working with them to remove a ground wasp nest. Our technician, Isaac, was professional, friendly, communicative, and thorough. We requested a follow-up after a month because it wasn’t clear if the nest was completely gone, and scheduling both the initial and follow-up service was not difficult at all. The office staff are also really prompt and friendly whenever you call.

After 20 years with another Eastside exterminator we were never told that they eliminated all their automatic annual service and were left without maintenance and overdue. I called Frank at Sound Pest Management on a referral from Home Advisor and he was courteous, reasonable in rates and welcomed our business with a variety of services. I am looking forward to them preforming the first service and will report back here on what our opinion of the service is. I am hoping it will be positive and we will have years of a good relationship, unlike the other Eastside Exterminator that we had used.

Sound Pest Management has been servicing my house for years, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I originally called them because I spotted insulation pulled out of the wall on the exterior of my house, and they came out and put out things for mice and advised me on plugging a few holes and other areas of improvement to help with mice. They've been coming every other month since for a checkup and pest control. They're friendly, knowledgable, and passionate about their craft.

Really excellent service. Prompt, friendly, professional and treatment was fast and 100% effective. The only reason I deducted a star is because I asked if they could do a full inspection but was told they do not go into attics due to liability issues and that seems completely bizarre for a pest management company since many infestations occur in attics. However, 5 star service for the one wasp nest extermination they did for us and if we have an outdoor issue in the future I would absolutely call them again.

I recently called this company and was extremely disappointed with the receptionist who answered the phone. When I asked for additional information regarding their maintenance plan, I expected a courteous and informative response. Instead, the receptionist adopted a tone that made me feel as if I were asking foolish questions or wasting their precious time. Her tone was rude and unprofessional. I simply just responded that I don't know about your plan, can you tell me? That is the main reason I am calling. She responded in a condescending manner, and she tried to turn it around and told me I had an attitude. Maybe she has a bad day, but she certainly ruined mine as well. This interaction definitely left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope they take this feedback to heart and address their customer service shortcomings.

I did take service from this company and was told that spiders will not appear at least for a month but it’s a total waste as I could find the spiders very next day .

Not the cheapest, not the priciest. But the service is great and they accommodate my schedule needs. Cheaper ain't always better.
