(UPDATED FOR 2025 December) Do not use this service as they try to upsell you on services that are NOT needed, do not communicate well with their customers, and force people into 18 month contracts that have steep cancelation fees, even if the first service is ABYSMAL, MISLEADING, and most importantly, NO COMMUNICATION. I'd cancel today if there wasn't a stupid fee.

They were called for an ant problem. The fee was paid and work done but then they signed us up for an annual subscription service they claim was done verbally. When I called to cancel they tried charging us $600 on our card to cancel. Total Crooks. Do not use!

Beware!!! Billing department and cancellation department will rip you off. Even after many years of service we had with them they ran my card just after I called to cancel the 13th payment after the 12 month contract. Cancellation department folks are not courteous and they will reach out to your wallet. $60 has been taken from my account for the service which will not be provided. This is ridiculous!!!

We cannot recommend Insight Pest Control. We are in the process of selling our home and we asked for a printed report for our home inspection and they told us they don’t do that!!! We didn’t like anything about the service we received or the technician that came, total waste of $600.

I paid for service so I could save my time. But I was forced to do it myself. I wouldn’t recommend InSight Pest Control unless your goal is to sponsor a spider convention on your front porch. I signed up in February, and now it’s July and my front door & porch look like the set of Arachnophobia. It is so bad that my wife made me give up my Saturday morning to power wash the webs, and I took the extra step to spray $7 Spectracide. So much for professional pest control. The staff were super friendly during each service visit. But the results, were totally ineffective. If they can’t even keep the most visible part of my house spider free, what exactly am I paying $1,200 for over 12 months? I have lost my time and my money.

I have used this service for 5 years. No one knocked on my door or talked to me after the service. They said that they inspected everything and reset the traps. It’s time for us to move and there is rodent activity under the house. The technician said it was our fault for never letting him in the crawlspace but he never knocked and asked to enter it. He also said the rodents burrowed in from underground. A second technician found two open vents from the outside that should have been checked as part of our service as access points. Now we have to spend $2000 to replace our vapor barrier. Other than preventing worse damage, this has been a tremendous waste of money. If you use this service, I would not recommend the monthly prevention plan.

I hired insight pest for flea infestation. They were willing to come back two additional times at no cost however their treatment did not work and we never saw any improvement in fact every time we got bit it kept getting worse. They only spray floors and baseboards and it requires moving all furniture away from the walls which is a lot of work. We did everything they said and more. Vacuum every day and run all bed linens through high heat dryer. We have given up and decided to work with a different company. They are super nice and flexible but I don’t think the product and treatment plan they offer works for fleas.

I see no indication that their technician (Kenny) was here or that ANY service was performed at my home today. I see no granulation, no residual moisture from spraying (there is usually some residual moisture even in this weather). I see no web clearing. There are three spider webs right outside my front door right now. I doubt that these spider webs appeared new between 3:59PM and when I arrived home at 5:36PM. I see no indication that the rodent bait boxes were serviced. There is no tag from their technician on my front door knob. It would be a good idea for their personnel to take pictures showing them performing the services that they claim were done.
