Alex and his team were friendly, professional, organized and efficient, completing 2 attic and one basement clean up and insulation removal and replacement in one day. They also replaced vapor barrier, added an attic vent, and did rodent remediation. Their clean-up was excellent, as was communication throughout the whole process before, during and after the work was done.

Wow! Alex and his team did such a wonderful job! We called them after our water main burst and flooded our crawl space. Alex and his team came in on short notice and took care of everything! They cleaned up the mess, laid down new moisture barriers and removed/installed new insulation. They even sprayed the rest of the basement to sanitize it and prevent molding. They were also the kindest ppl to deal with. I’d give them ten stars if I could! They also came in at half the price of a big name company yet they did more work! I cannot recommend them enough!

Wait, 5-star is the maximum? These teams should get at least 6-star. I gathered multiple quotes and they came up on top. They came on-time and the work was completed very well. Alex and teams provides different and fair assessment on the repair as opposed to blindly doing everything just to cost. For attic and crawl solution, I would always go back to Alex.

Excellent service

Alex did the initial inspection and, drawing on his experience, identified the exact point where the mice were getting in. Benny and his team then handled the full project: they removed and cleaned up all the old mess, applied a mold treatment spray, rodent-proofed the entire crawl space, installed metal mesh screening, sealed every pipe gap with silicone, and laid down a clean white vapor barrier that makes future maintenance much easier. (For comparison, the old black vapor sheet you can see in the before photos was a mess.) Amazing work and a trustworthy team. Highly recommend them if you have any crawl space issues!

We recently had a rat in our attic and called Attic Crawl. From start to finish, Alex and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working. While inspecting the rodent issue, they also discovered mold in our attic. Alex provided many photos to show us the issue clearly. He was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rodents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Very clean: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. The crew was courteous and focused throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and fair. If you need attic services or pest remediation, my wife and I highly recommend them!

Payment was initial deposit, then half of the remaining when the initial work was completed (removal of all insulation, sealing all entry points) and the remaining amount when all work was completed (drywall finishing and new insulation. During the sealing/removal of insulation portion, there was a hole made in the ceiling. We trusted Attic Crawl to address it with drywall repair and paint and we were not disappointed. They took responsibility immediately and got to work. The finishing work was completed at the last visit to install the new insulation portion and the finish work was beautiful! I highly recommend Attic-Crawl!

Alex came out and gave me a quote within about two hours of calling. The team was out within a week to perform the agreed upon services. The crew showed up on time and promptly got to work removing the old insulation, air sealing, and reinsulating. They were very efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. When they were done everything was cleaned up like they were never there. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Great communication, skill and professionalism! We had an issue with rodents and the insulation was missing in parts of the attic. Alex and his team replaced the insulation and sealed up gaps and holes where the rodents were likely entering as well as setting traps. Also repaired a poorly installed bathroom fan vent. Finished quality work in one day and the returned for a follow-up visit to check for any rodents. Provided lots of pictures of before and after. Highly recommend!
