Quick and fast, Mark was a awesome person, funny, kind and overall, a nice person in general.

I worked with Robert and he went out of his way multiple times to help me. Excellent customer service and he was very good at calming down someone who has major "issues" with bugs and very knowledgeable. This is a very reputable company and they do a great job for a reasonable fee. Another company I called was gonna charge me double. And they also double up & come out again and respray complimentary in 21 days which gives you even more peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Even though you didn’t personally see or spot the eggs, you went straight to the drains where silverfish hide and lay them, proactively treating the area to make sure the problem was really gone for good. What truly touched me was how passionate and knowledgeable you are. You took the time to explain everything in detail — the exact treatment you were spraying, which organisms it targets, and how the pests actually carry it back to their colony so the whole family either dies off or leaves and never comes back. Great products and customer service!

Okay experience, we did have some communication issues regarding no one being able to tell us when the pest control person was coming out. We had to arrange our schedules last minute..the ladies on the phone were nice and answered my questions with patience. However, the person who came out complained to our landlord that there was a lot of clutter, which we did our best to move things around while living in a 680ft apartment. Where are you supposed to put your stuff? Let's be realistic here, there's only so much space you can move stuff around in in that space. My landlord took it upon herself to let us know if we need assistance in the future, due to "clutter" (which I should add is just stuff people have when they live somewhere...) that we will need to pay ourselves. I will not use Fikes, for sure. This gentleman also took photos to show my landlord which I found dodgy, no one asked if it was OK to do this. It is still my home, my privacy and space...Of course my house looked like a mess to my landlord due to all the moving things around. I did not feel like a customer, but just someone being judged for not moving their entire belongings. Even if I rent, this is still my HOME. I'm sure there are ways, in this day and time, to get to spaces. Maybe another company will treat us with respect in our humble home.

Our store is newly opened. We were looking for a pest control company because we had a serious problem with cockroaches and ants, and that’s how we found this company. The first technician who came was Robert. He was extremely thorough and carefully treated every corner of the entire restaurant. We were very satisfied with his work. However, on the second service visit, a different technician came (it seemed like a random replacement). He briefly looked around, asked if we were still seeing bugs, and when we said yes, he simply responded, “Of course there will be bugs,” and left. We felt he was not professional or sincere about his work, and we were considering canceling our contract with the company. Fortunately, Robert happened to return for another visit. He told us that he would personally take care of our store going forward and kindly asked us not to cancel the service. We decided to trust him one more time. Since then, Robert has been incredibly thorough. He carefully treats the restaurant and visits weekly to double-check everything. Now, we no longer see any bugs and we are extremely satisfied. Robert is highly responsible, diligent, and professional. I strongly believe he is a valuable asset and will continue to be a great future leader for the company. Robert, we truly appreciate everything you have done for our business.
