Great company to work with so happy we found them! We got 3 quotes from various companies liked them the best All prices up front sent us an email explaining the procedure and breakdown of the cost very professional didnt try to push any monthly plans on us loved that! The tech Darius very professional you can tell he's been doing this for awhile very knowledgeable answered all our questions highly recommend this company. We will definitely call them again in future.

Erik services our home monthly and he does a very thorough job. We are in very good hands and our home has been very well taken care of by Erik.

We switched over to Parker Eco about four years ago and will never go to anyone else. They are so responsive and have kept the forsaken ants out! They have always been very understanding surrounding our pets, people and chemical and we trust them 100%

Our technician was a rockstar - though his name escapes me at the moment, lol. Super nice, prompt and knowledgeable. Said he was going to be our technician for the life of our contract, which I think is a good approach. Better to have a familiar face on your property. After some hunting I'm confident we found the best service provider for our needs.

I’ve been using Parker for two years, ever since I started having a major ant problem. I always have the same tech, Anthony, who’s super friendly and nice and listens to me complain about my latest ant invasion haha. Parker also offers a free follow up if the first round doesn’t fix the problem in a couple weeks, which I appreciate, as I’ve had to do that at least twice. (They find new ways to come into the house.) Will continue using them.

I’ve been using Eco Pest Control for three years now. Kevin, who comes to our house, always arrives on time and carefully asks about the condition of our home before working. He sprays treatment inside and outside more thoroughly than anyone else. I’m always grateful for his attention to detail and hard work.

**Samuel did a very good job eliminating the hornet nest in our rhododendron. He was thorough in explaining the nature of the hornet and other questions I had after the nest was destroyed. I was concerned about foot traffic in the street near the nest, so he removed the remains further away to the north side of our house. Finally, he advised how long to let the spray soak in to kill the larva and taking care of the disposal. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly

They have done a great job for us - but I gotta say, ants will take over the world!

Nobody wants to have to call an exterminator, but I was having a terrible time with an in the ground yellow jacket nest. I tried all the options I could myself, but the problem persisted. I did some research on local companies, and Parker Eco Pest's reviews on various forums were consistently good. I called them, and they were able to fit me in right away, important to me, as it was before a holiday. Their pricing was very clear on the website, and they reviewed that when they came out. They were great at communication, very clear, very hardworking, and super tidy. I would definitely call them if I needed to in the future.

My family has been a customer of Parker Eco Pest control for over a year. I can say as long as I live in the area, nobody else will provide the services they do at my home except them. There is nobody else I trust more to be at my home when I’m not there. My wife had complications during her pregnancy and during that time we had some bug problems in the nursery… this place I swear dropped everything to ensure we were taken care of and it wasn’t even a scheduled visit. Their technicians are trained, knowledgeable, respectful, and take pride in what they do. Their call center takes calls after hours and the dispatchers are actually helpful unlike other after hour services. We’ve spoken to Ashly whenever we need assistance or have questions. We regularly have Samuel and Isaiah come to our home for scheduled visits and they are always on time and make sure to provide an arrival window. Companies should strive to exemplify the customer service Parker Eco Pest control does!
