They do clear my overhanging rafters of the spiders and wasps (allergic). They do a great job of contacting you and asking for specific instructions. So, I'm one of those terrible people who never really bother to leave reviews, good or bad. However on rare occasions I'll make an exception and this is one of those occasions. First, the operator I spoke with, Megan, is fantastic. She's fun, knowledgeable, and very sweetly listened to me ramble incoherently about what was going on at our home with our ant problem (kid squirted a juice pack or something under the couch and omg so many ants). She made me feel heard, listened to, and well thought

Jeff did a great job taking care of our carpenter ant issues. We'd been having problems with our previous pest control provider and it was a breadth of fresh air to work with someone that knew what they were doing. He gave us a detailed breakdown of what the problems were and provided clear solutions going forward.
