We called Eagle Pest regarding a yellow jacket nest and they had a guy at our house within an hour. Randy was very courteous and professional and got right to work eliminating the nest in the ground. I came out to mow the lawn the next day and did not see a single bee. Thanks Eagle Pest Eliminators!

I do not typically leave reviews, but we had an inspection with Devan and couldn't have been more pleased. He struck the perfect balance of listening thoughtfully and articulating his expertise. His check was thorough and we will be moving forward with the service due, specifically, to his excellent customer service. I'm exhausted with being talked at and over by so-called "experts" who do not listen, but Devan was great. Keep sending him to Ballard, please and thank you.

I called Eagle Pest Eliminators about a minor residential rodent problem. Jordan came out the next day, did a quick inspection, found a couple of possible entry points and made some good suggestions. He didn't try to sell me a long-term pest-control contract. I would use their services again.

Jordan came to inspect for rats around my condo’s outside perimeter. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about rats and their behavior. He answered all of my questions and left me with a wealth of knowledge about rats and the signs to look for when they are becoming a problem. We had a mouse tear a hole through our carpet in our apartment. Jordan R was sent to remedy the issue throughout our complex. He was great. Set out a trap, did a thorough inspection, and returned multiple times to ensure things were resolved. When we spoke, he shared an expert knowledge on how these things develop and how to avoid exacerbating the issue and preventing it in the first place. He was also open to questions about pest issues not relevant to the call and helped guide me to make better decisions with regards to pest issues. Professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Can't ask for much more.

Glenn from Eagle was on time and very polite and professional. He did an ant mitigation treatment on the outside and in. We will be using them for the ant season with bi-monthly service. The prices are reasonable and told us to call them if we have further problems after the treatment. I am a satisfied customer!
