So, I'm one of those terrible people who never really bother to leave reviews, good or bad. However on rare occasions I'll make an exception and this is one of those occasions. First, the operator I spoke with, Megan, is fantastic. She's fun, knowledgeable, and very sweetly listened to me ramble incoherently about what was going on at our home with our ant problem (kid squirted a juice pack or something under the couch and omg so many ants). She made me feel heard, listened to, and well thought of. Megan is just superb and a total delight. Secondly, the technicians always come out on time with a big bright smile on their face. My guess is either they love what they do, or they think my dad jokes are amusing (our 18 month old is just now starting to laugh at my jokes). The technicians are just plain good at what they do and they complete their work in a timely manner. They will walk you through what they're doing, document what they did, and on occasion enthusiastically explain ant facts to anyone who will listen. We have loved working with this company and I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Jeff did a great job taking care of our carpenter ant issues. We'd been having problems with our previous pest control provider and it was a breadth of fresh air to work with someone that knew what they were doing. He gave us a detailed breakdown of what the problems were and provided clear solutions going forward.
