First, I'm affording two stars because each and every person has been very polite and professional. This has ALWAYS been our experience with them. We had received notice from them over and over and over, after visits, that there was no presence of rodent activity in our crawlspace. Justin arrived right on time and quickly went to work! Crawlspace was rodent free. He, also, checked an area under the eaves where rodents had been scaling the outside wall and entering under the eaves. Rodents found an entry point again. Justin resealed that area. That evening I saw a rat scale the wall but couldn’t find an entry, so it retreated down the outside wall and jumped into the shrubbery. I am hoping it knows it has been defeated and won’t return!
