I hired this company for their expertise on bed bug heat treatment. I waited 2 to 3 weeks for the appointment. They were late for the appointment so I called them. They fessed up that they had to cancel because of a problem with the heaters. I complained a lot and they came. I found out that the heaters was near Olympia and he was up north. He, also, checked an area under the eaves where rodents had been scaling the outside wall and entering under the eaves. Rodents found an entry point again. Justin resealed that area. Dot was professional but didn't seem all that interested in helping me find a "before 1pm" appointment. Eventually I told her that I'd take care of contacting someone locally.
