We chose Sasquatch because they are an independently owned company, the price is affordable, there are no contracts or upfront costs, they automatically come once a month to remove any dead mice and reload our bait stations, and they send an email with the statement afterwards. Easy.

Kristofer was the most personable service Pro who has ever serviced my home. I was with a few different companies with recurring issues with ants and spiders. I don't know what magic he pulled but I haven't seen ANY!

I had an animal die in my wall and Tyson was so helpful!! He was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. If I ever need anything pest related again, I would call him first!

I live in an apartment complex, called Kris bc I was having an ongoing roach issue. His team came in less than a day, didn’t ask me to remove anything or leave the apartment, and used a machine to flush cockroaches out of my stove and cabinet cracks. They said they were using a roach sterilizer, plus baits to eliminate them for sure. After one service I haven’t seen a single cockroach. Very happy with the service.

The "walk around" missed a big nest with a lot of activity in the ground. Was told it would be another trip with a $50 discount. Tech was nice but gave bad information and was only corrected after I called the main line. They offered to come and check on the one hive they found but would not address the hive they missed. Have to baby sit the tech when he is there so he does his job, won't hire again.
