I really love this company and their attention to detail. The technicians are always super kind and helpful. They wear boot covers to make sure they don’t track dirt into your house and they make sure to check every bait station and take the time to understand what behaviors I’m seeing from the pests we want to get rid of. Kaden was my technician today and he really went above and beyond to manage the ants we’ve been dealing with and was very kind to my dog. These people are experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. At the end of the visit Kaden made sure to explain everything he did and why. He also spent extra time answering my questions and educating me on what the ants would be looking for in this particular season. We’ve had Insight treating the house for a few months now and we can see the decline in ants and rodents. It’s been amazing not to stress about the ants especially. And, as soon as I see signs of their reemergence they’re on it and schedule a visit as soon as I’m available. Often they’re able to schedule me for the next day.

Our initial experience with Insight Pest Control went well. Devon answered our questions, checked our siding and crawl space and set bait traps. We did not compare prices with other companies, so I don't know how to rate them in that regard. We did receive a valuable promotional discount for the initial inspection cost, so that was good.

Devon B. is GREAT! He's been doing our house for a few years and he always has a smile on his face. We have security cameras all around our house so can see what he does when we're not home and he always does everything to a T. He always asks if there's anything else he can do. Great Job bud!

Nathan slept in his truck in my driveway in the middle of the day, blocking me because despite my efforts to wake him, his nap was clearly more important. Ultimately, I had to leave regardless of him blocking my driveway and had to drive through my yard to get around him. The text to confirm my pest control service was complete arrived 30 minutes after I left. Very dissatisfied. This means he was napping for approximately 1 hour with the truck running in my driveway.

I received a text to “take 5 secs & rate Patrick’s work” and was confused because I hadn’t received my first service for flea treatment. Apparently the tech had came by and knocked on the door but I didn’t hear him but I was in the living room the entire time waiting for him. I called the insight number to talk to a representative and found myself talking to an account manager who kept making excuses for the tech. He refused to come back to treat my house until I threatened to leave a 1-star review on the google review link that was just sent to me. When he finally came by, he was frustrated and resentful. He didn’t even know what pest he was treating my house for. He ended up using an aerosol spray can product on my baseboards for fleas which made me question whether or not he was using the professional grade flea treatment. It took him about 5 minutes to spray the entire house and he was out of there. I hope I never get this guy again

Our technician reported that he heard your dog barking during his initial visit to treat your home, and when there was no response at the door, he proceeded with the exterior treatment as best as he could. I understand that you were also aware of the barking but did not realize it signaled a visitor at the door. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused, and I assure you that our technician acted within the scope of what was possible at that time. Upon his return, he treated the interior of your home using a professional-grade aerosol flea product that we regularly utilize. We offer both liquid and aerosol options for flea treatments, each highly effective. The duration of the treatment can vary based on your home’s size and interior layout. In your case, as you have hard floors without carpeting, the treatment was completed fairly quickly. We appreciate your understanding, and we are committed to making this right for you. Our goal is for all our customers to feel confident and satisfied with the support we provide. Customer Service is great had a issue with a messy job they did but was fixed but whatever product they use just did not work never helped with ants after multiple times and spiders never went away so had to cancel Service after contract expired even after they came out over 5 times to fix ant problems it never solved it

My wife texted me and said the technician was there Only ten minutes. I got home I saw no evidence that anything was done. (I wasn't impressed ’ with the last visit either) Makes me wonder if it’s worth it. I’ve had two different pest control companies trying to get my business both saying they can do a better deal. Is it time for change?

ETA: Second service never arrived. Refused to admit they never came. I cancelled service immediately. Can I rate more stars? Robert at Insight was phenomenal! We just moved into this house and have spiders all around. He knocked down webs outside and sprayed the perimeter of the house. He also gave me great information on the kinds of spiders and bugs, as well as plants, I have in my yard! He was so nice and professional and just genuinely cared. Two thumbs WAY up!

We have possibly one mouse that is living in our walls. Traps and sticky pads were installed in Crawl space and attic. Service came out initially and 2 weeks later. We were told that because the mouse was in the walls they were not able to help. They suggested to wait until it died. Then open the walls where it is decaying and smelling to remove it. We were told there was nothing they could do for us. We still hear it every night inside our walls. We are frustrated and not happy your company couldn't, or wouldn't pursue a better solution. Maybe there isn't a better solution, but for $433 we hoped for better results.

Guy came, never introduced himself, not friendly, didn't clean spider webs off front porch ceiling and didn't spray ceiling, sprayed porch floor which now shows staining, no idea if he checked bate box or if there was evidence of rodents, never let us know he was "done" as he just left.

I used this company for 4 months, then decided to cancel my contract as the ant problem was eliminated. I noticed they charged my credit card one day before I cancelled the service. When I called , they said they wouldn't credit my card and were rather short about it. Seems like keeping one payment is more important than keeping their customers happy. I won't be using this company moving forward (on any of my four properties). Customer service is very important to me and is often the only thing that separates a company from others with the same service.

I had called a few days before he came to ask for help with Spider webs in our crawlspace. He refused to do anything so I sent him away and found another company to do it in the future. Insight charged us. I am waiting for a refund.

I had a bee problem, and when the door to door salesman came to my place he assured me that it would be no problem to take care of if I signed up for their service. After multiple visits, and follow up on my end- no progress was made in resolving the issue and I was told we would just need to wait “until the bees die on their own”. I also received a text message saying that their staff completed a service and check in at my home while I was gone at work. This is not possible as my yard is completely fenced off and can only be accessed through the house. I called to cancel the service after this and asked for a refund. I have not received a refund at this time, and just received another monthly charge after being told my service was canceled. Staff on the phone are pushy and not helpful in resolving any issues I’ve had.
