Marc is the best, super chill and to the point. Very thorough, after all the treatments seeing less activity and bees around the house are not as thick as before. Have used other pest control companies before and this is by far the best. They dont charge for extra things or charge too much for services.

I've done all the things to keep wasp down. Set traps early, refilled through the summer but they have been so bad I broke down and EPC after my grandson got stung a couple times . EPC tech was out same day, walked the property knocked down visible nest and sprayed the eaves and gave a little education. Vary fairly priced and at the low end quoted. I'll monitor the results and if it seems effective I will probably have them do a twice yearly touch up.

I had a large yellow jacket nest right next to an opossum den, and I was honestly very nervous because our yard is full of wildlife. We have a mama raccoon with her babies, opossums with babies, and other animals that visit regularly. Called 10 different businesses in bellingham this morning for an urgent problem, and all I got was too busy or AI Assistants. EPC sent someone out and removed the nest within 1 hour of calling, all while having their employees busy. Above and beyond company. Truly the best in Whatcom county.

I ignored the door to door salespeople with scare tactics trying to sell us un-needed pest control services. However, when we saw a few large black ants inside and outside our home we called Environmental Pest Control at the recommendation of our friends who had used them for years. Matt came to do our initial inspection and our first treatment for carpenter ants. He was upbeat, practical and very professional. I feel great about our decision to hire Matt and his company. Had a basketball size Yellowjacket nest 12-15’ in a tree. I’m allergic so couldn’t take care of it myself. Alyson was great on the phone with scheduling and Marc handled the nest like a pro. All this happened the same day. Appreciate the promptness and professionalism.
