I called them and asked some questions about my bees nest and treatment for one and was treated super poorly. I felt that I was calling them for help and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. You're there to help others, with their pest needs....you should be able to speak to people in a helpful manner. Not condescend and laugh at someone.
