Horrible customer service. Tried to use their service for two homes and the person on the phone told me she can only service one house. When trying to understand why the other house cannot get serviced she continued to repeat she can only service one home as if I didn’t hear her the first time. She then hung up. I’m sure I can find someone else who can service more than one home and provide excellent customer service. They need to find someone else to handle their calls. I’m sure they are losing a lot of business.

They are good people, and I would recommend them.

Quick professional service

This company contacted me this week and telling me that I owe them for an inspection done back in 2022 that I don’t even remember. The house had been sold and another pest control provided inspection reports and got paid. They said the report and the bill were sent to a wrong person but I still need to pay them or they will send to the collection agency. Wow How professional is that?
