Do your research before you choose Accurid. Many many times you make appointments and they do not show up. Year after year, and when they do, they come late. I cannot recommend this company

This company does a great job on site, their workers are great compared to any other company I have used in the past. Sadly communication when handled by Dennis is awful. Being my account manager I have not spoken to him once since signing the contract. He gave me his phone number and told me he treats his clients like family and to call anytime I needed him. This was in Aug. After his first schedule failure I find out its the phone number to his assistant who he only lets answer the phone and screen his calls. She is also a much better schedule manager than him I found out after he had to go on leave for a few weeks (no he did not tell me, she did) and she and I had a perfectly smooth routine worked out. Then he came back to running the schedule and the no shows began again... and no I still have not talked to him. I cant count the amount of no shows due to his inability to properly operate a schedule and still who do I speak with each time? Mrs. Dimple who fixes my problems promptly and accurately... at least until Dennis changes the schedule again like this week and I am left with another no show after Mrs. D scheduled me out all the way to April of 2024. Still have not spoken to Dennis and its Nov. I cant say enough about their services and the people they send out, I often see Seth who is so kind and so good at his job but do yourself a favor and ask for anyone but Dennis to manage your account. Maybe Mrs. Dimple will take over his schedule management and they can operate flawlessly and dependably.

Dimple, the office manager was very friendly, professional and helpful. She answered any questions I had. The exterminator guy was professional, friendly and informative

Called Accurid because I began seeing a few Camelback Crickets and Wood Roaches around my house. They came by promptly with two professional technicians and were very respectful of my home and also informed me of the process as they worked. The work cost ~$160. I also had some Carpenter bees that I could not get rid of and they sprayed that area as well. The Carpenter Bees and Camelback crickets stopped coming nearly immediately but the Wood Roaches were still around. I called them back and they came back quickly and sprayed the problem areas again without charge. I would give 5 stars but I still see a few wood roaches after two treatments.

Great to deal with.

I have been using their commercial monthly service for 11 years. I hate bugs and Accurid keeps them away.
