I have been very pleased with Viewpoint Pest Management since I began using their services. They come out every three months to check for pests. Upon this current visit, Justin found a wasp nest inside the outdoor light on the patio. Justin treated the area on today's service. The company is excellent about notifications of service days and payments. They seem very organized and professional. My husband mentioned today that he appreciates having Justin come each time because he knows Justin will do a thorough excellent job. Update October 30, 2025 Yikes! We had a problem with mice getting into our outside HVAC unit and chewing the wires! AND we also had a couple mice in our basement! So we called Viewpoint Pest Control, and Justin came out and thoroughly baited traps inside and out, sealed gaps in the HVAC unit as well as around some pipes, etc. He checked under the sinks, stove, and in the garage. We feel he did a great job. He is very professional and personable. And today's service call, was included in our regular service fee. Of course, we highly recommend Justin and Viewpoint Pest Control!

My property management company recommended another pest control company for a move out service, however they company never picked up the phone or returned my calls. I googled a business close to me and Jerome picked the phone up immediately. Because he was driving he asked me to text him my info. so he could get me on the schedule. I had to message him a few times to ask a few questions and he was very professional, answering all of my questions. The technician (I believe his name was Justin) was prompt. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going to be done. Could not be more satisfied with their service.

Absolutely satisfied. This team of technicians showed up dressed and equipped for whatever the need might be. I have had pest control companies here before but never experienced the total assault on pests that this company has demonstrated. They removed every cobweb, placed chemicals in all cracks around the garage and treated all the windows. I feel like they cleaned the outside of the house. On the inside they were very miticulous about inspection and treatment of various areas. Totally satisfied. This is a great company. Responsive, professional and honest. I have used them twice. They got back to me quickly and took care of the wasps problem the next morning. Justin was my technician and he was polite, knowledgeable and solved the problem. I admire that this company is local, family owned and they don't attempt to sell you more than you need.

I called Viewpoint based on the recommendation of a neighbor because I had discovered a yellow jacket nest behind my vinyl siding. Jerome was able to come out the same day. He took one look at the problem and knew exactly what to do. I had some concerns and requests specific to my property and he was patient with me and addressed them all before starting treatment. He had everything he needed with him and the treatment didn’t take long. His treatment was 100% successful and I haven’t seen a single yellow jacket since he left. He was also more than happy to do a one time job and did not try to sell me a plan which I appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again.
