Best company in Virginia! Affordable and amazing customer service

We worked with Grant and Noah from Turbo Pest Control to help us with a yellow jackets nest on the side of our house. It turned out the nest was in the siding/walls somewhere, and Turbo wasn't licensed to handle it. After a chat with Grant to clarify, they refunded us fully. Noah was great, very friendly, explained things, and sprayed the nest a couple of times which reduced but unfortunately didn't eliminate the activity. Appreciated their professionalism and honesty once they realized they couldn't solve the problem for us.

Turbo pest control has been coming mainly once a month for several months now and we couldn’t be more happy with their service. Noah has been out here a couple of times and we really noticed a big improvement this last time thanks to him and his knowledge of our property’s needs. We are mostly surrounded by woods and you wouldn’t know it as far as mosquitoes and bugs lately!

Would love to be able to give this company my business but unfortunately, the only person that answers the phone is AI and I'm not trying to have a conversation with them or leave a message with them. Take the extra effort to answer the phone yourselves and get more business.

Turbo Pest Control has been great to work with. Everyone I have deal with has been knowledgable and friendly. They solved our ant problem on the first visit and thanks to their very reasonably priced maintenance plan, the ants have been gone ever since.

Sales reps knocked on our door at 8pm and ignored 2 No Solicitng signs. Then had the audacity to just stand in front of the door for 5 minutes. Pathetic.

Had a roach problem about a year or so ago. Seth came at just the right time to introduce us to the company and got someone out here asap. Was unable to do repeated treatments as recommended due to financial issues but that first treatment took care of them pretty well. Might see one here and there but not nearly as bad as they were. Planning to reach out and have them come back to do another treatment when I have the money. Very professional. My family is highly satisfied. Also to note, we have various pets and did not have to remove them from the house for treatment. None of our animals got sick either so that was especially great! Thank you guys so much!

The office has been very helpful with setting up our recurring service. Our first visit the brothers that own the business came out, very professional. Our second visit this month our tech David was very polite and professional. They all have answered all of our questions and concerns. When we were looking for pest control, I couldn’t find a company that was willing to come to Quantico, this company had no problems coming out. I appreciate they were willing to do the whole process to come out. Thank you again and appreciate everything you have already done. Looking forward to seeing one of your techs in June.

Turbo has been taking care of our home's exterior and interior for almost two years. They have amazing communication, always disclose what products they're using, and always listen to concerns and address them. Their techs are always responsive and polite. And customer service is incredible. We are very happy with the service they provide.

Whatever they applied didn’t work. Having hard time getting someone to come out to retreat. No one answers. I had Eco shield and had no problem with customer service. I wanted to support a local small business but it hasn’t been a good experience

Never showed up. Didn't provide a service and charged for the service. UNACCEPTABLE!

Pesticide doesn’t work at all. Despite several attempts, they couldn’t solve the problem. They religiously come every month to apply but the pesticide they use doesn’t help.

There are still bugs in the interior side exterior..

We're having an issue with a woodpecker pecking on our wood siding. I was concerned that it was looking for insects, so I call your office, since we had a service in mid-September. A service technician was scheduled for the following day(today) and re-treated the exterior of our home. The technician was very nice & promptly got to work.

Very disappointed in my most recent experience with this company. Unfortunately I am canceling and going with someone else. I keep having issues with spiders and ants but I was patiently working with them until they showed up 40 mins early and I could not get to the door because it woke the baby up. The reps comment, I didn't confirm the time... sorry I've been a little busy.... so rather than argue I canceled. He obviously does not have a baby in his house or understand how overwhelming it can be.

The employee failed to close my fence gate. My dog got out and was nearly hit by car!!! In the future he needs to make sure the gate is closed before departing.

I heard about Turbo from a neighbor and decided to check them out. I have tried other pest control services but no one else provides such value, professionalism, and effective all-around control for both spiders and flying insects!
