He spent the better part of 90 minutes carefully examining every inch of the home we were preparing to buy. His professionalism was evident from the moment he arrived, and he checked areas I didn’t even realize could pose potential issues. His inspection was detailed, thorough, and clearly rooted in deep expertise. The level of care he put into the process gave us tremendous confidence in moving forward with our purchase, and we fully plan to contact this company again for any future pest‑related services. Todd was great! Professional and personable as well—he sprayed inside and out and also added more bait in the attic—since getting the TAP insulation last March we’ve heard nothing until it dropped below 10 one night last month and heard a bit of rustling—we’re good to go another 3 months—we appreciate them so much—
