Never even got to evaluate their mitigation services because of their flaky estimate process. The estimator came to my house twice to look over what was required. The job required scaffolding, availability of which he said he would confirm. Turned out scaffolding was easy to get, but this company’s workers refuse to work on it. Gee, thanks. Think it might have been worth mentioning any time during the first two visits that working off the ground was a potential problem? So now, after wasting my time being home twice, I’m back to square one. Just seems oddly unprofessional/inflexible to refuse to treat a problem simply because it’s elevated. I guess give this firm a try if your problem happens to be in easy reach.

I have know this company for many years. I call them when my job requires many quotes. This company is the only company that shows up on time, scheduling is a breeze and office personal great customer service. Their techs walk with you explain everything what they find and their solution. Never once have they been pushy they treat me great. Son of course I need pest help at my personal residence. Once again great customer service in the office and she worked with me and my schedule. The tech was on time, very knowledgeable, explaining every step and assured me that it we be taken care of. The tech was amazing and he cared about the customer and not as a sales person just pushing sales. This company has always been there for be personally and commercially. Amazing!!!!

I would like to address this review as the information is false and incorrect given by Betsy. Country Termite and Pest Control does the termite pretreats for many builders at the time of construction. From the time the pretreat is done it goes under warranty for a year with the company. When that year is up an option to renew the termite warranty is sent to the current residence 30 days prior. It is not based on the time the homeowner purchases the home, but the time from the actual pretreat during the construction phase. If Betsy had contacted Country Termite the information for the builder and the service done during the construction of her newly built and purchased home could have easily been provided to her. Country Termite does NOT pull tax records to try and sell anything to anyone. These are solely based on the fact that the original work was completed by Country Termite. The warranty is completely optional and that is stated on the paperwork sent out to the current homeowner. Country Termite does not "prey" on new homeowners to try and sell services to them. All warranties are based on pretreats completed by the company for builders or based on Wood Destroying Insect Inspections ordered and completed by them during the sale of a home. So, I would have to say that Country Termite and Pest Control does base their warranty options on a completely honest level due to the reasons listed above; a pretreat during construction or the inspection done during a realty transaction. If anyone ever receives a warranty option from Country Termite and Pest Control, please feel free to contact the company as they will be able to tell you exactly where it originated from and explain it to you. There is never an obligation to continue. As a company that has been in business for nearly 30 years, they operate solely on honestly servicing the community and surrounding communities. Thanks! I have a monthly agreement and always receive great customer service. Robaid is my tech and he is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He always explains the details and assures he addresses my concerns.

They are the best in what they do and go out of their way to accommodate and follow through.

Sandy responded right away. She was friendly and professional. Country T&PC has helped with our bug problem. I'd recommend them if you have a need.

Do not recommend. After waiting two hours, I inquired about the missing technician and was told by the receptionist that he showed up and I declined interior service. I offered my Ring footage to verify that no one showed. Exceptionally rude and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE, unprofessional customer service!! We had a credit on our account or should have. We paid, even though the service wasn’t done and they want to argue about it. Talk down to you. And refuse to refund you. The owner Willie & manager Sandy have horrible customer service skills. Appalled by the way they speak to customers and how they handle business. Not to mention so unorganized in the office. Constant issues with scheduling. We were suppose to have treatments done but they weren’t doing them. Seems they are all about money and could care less about loyal customers. Don’t waste your time with these people. Happy to give my business elsewhere to people who have integrity and good customer service. What a joke this business is. Sad how this business is ran.

I had a huge hornets nest 20 ft up my house. They came and took care of it in two visits. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them

Very unprofessional and did NOT complete the job we paid for. We hired them to remove birds from an exhaust fan vent. Instead of evacuating the nest of birds as we hired them to do, they just placed a cage over the vent on the outside, thus trapping the birds inside our vent. Had to call them back the next day to have them remove the birds trapped in the vent cage. They were able to get one bird out. After being assured the situation was resolved, we saw more birds trapped inside our vent. I called them again and was told they could come out in 9 days and my home was “too far” for them! The manager was dismissive, rude, and did not care that the birds we going to die inside our exhaust vent, causing a terrible odor and drawing maggots. Save yourself the grief and do NOT hire this company!

Complete incompetents and rude beyond belief, would be zero starts but you can't choose that. Liars and cheats.

This company is horrible in service and customer satisfaction. From the front desk to the technicians we had a bad experience and none of our pest issues were resolved. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
