TJ, and Kyle from (CowBell) the sister company with Terminex and Jacquees and Ott from (Terminex) were professional, thorough, had a good work ethic, as well as pleasant and polite in answering my questions and concerns... perfect in every way when doing the cross seal around the house (TJ and Kyle) and the crawl space under the house (Johquees and Ott) perfect in everyway. We have used terminex for many years. Our quarterly technician knows us well and he is always professional and courteous. We recently had rodent removal and insulation replacement in our attic and there were a lot of things that I was not happy with initially. Apollo came over the very next day and addressed and helped to personally fix some things. We lost AC and he called in someone to help us fix it so we wouldnt go an entire weekend with no air. He was extremely helpful and made it easy for

Im having an issue with them right now. First the tech showed up 30 mins late. Then he ran out of spray before he was even 20 percent done. He promised he woukd be back the next day. He never came. They did charge me though. Im waiting on a call back from cuatomer service to see what they aregoing to do since the reschedule guy never came as well. If they fix it i will change my review. UPDATE** After speaking with tje regional managet. Some one came out and finished what was started last
