I wanted to reach out on behalf of the company to inform you we are no longer using A.l. receptionists to fill our shortcomings with office staffing. <br><br>I also want to thank you for the honest feedback. I took your Google review with great consideration when making this decision to terminate the A.I. program.<br><br> If I can be honest A.l. hasn't been very receptive for a lot of our clients and I didn't like it either. It was something we were trying out. I look for feedback from my clients to help grow our business. You were one of the clients I wanted to reach out to mainly because of the 4 star review. <br><br>I'd like to ask for a second chance considering our long-standing history. Can we earn a chance for you to give us 5 stars? We are actively trying to train and fill in the gaps with office staffing. I have been a customer since 2010. They came highly recommended from a family member and I have grown to understand why. They are reliable, honest and effective. They got rid of my termites and come to do a yearly inspection like clockwork. They were also able to help me with the pesky ants that came to visit. I have recommended them to friends and family and they too were pleased.

Called these guys to take care of some rats in the garage. The technician was meticulous and informative and even had the patience to share some knowledge on everything he was doing. Apparently their chemicals are environmently friendly too. Afterwards he explained to me how to better avoid these varmints with some simple home tricks. I will definately call these guys again. Great job!
