We are so grateful to have found Luke! He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and goes the extra mile. We needed to address an urgent hazard (2 wasp nests along a primary walkway as we were preparing to host a week long family reunion). Luke promptly responded to our voicemail and came out that same day. We found him knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced. He’s also mindful of the lake environment, taking care to avoid chemical runoff while still effectively handling pest problems. We signed up for quarterly pest control, and Luke has been proactive and reliable about scheduling visits at times that work for us. Since this is our second home, we especially appreciate that he keeps an eye on things and alerts us if anything seems off (like open generator covers, leaks, or beeping batteries). We had a problem with Hornet's. Dietz Exterminating answered our call and was on the scene right away. Luke was upfront and honest about the situation, well priced, and did great work. I highly reccomend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We called Luke this morning and he was over here within half a day. He took a thorough look at our suspected bed bug situation, but told us that he honestly didn’t see any evidence of them. He didn’t try to sell us anything and didn’t charge us for the visit. We will definitely be calling Dietz for any pest concerns in the future!
