While many lawn care companies claim 100% guaranteed service, NuLeaf delivers. Ryan stated at the initial meeting last fall that I would have a weedless beautiful yard in the spring and thanks to their technician Darryl he was spot on. Photos speak for themselves. I HIGHLY recommend NuLeaf.

Desmond is a fantastic representative for NuLeaf. He always lets me know when he arrives and explains what he is doing. And he is very conscientious about his work. Most of all, he does this with a great big smile.
In 2021 we started using NuLeaf for lawn service chemicals and the lawn noticeably in the last three years is thicker, has not needed additional watering outside of normal rainfall, and has been healthier. Over the last five years we have significantly reduced the nitrogen by 70% as Nuleaf has balanced the soil PH resulting in much better absorption of the fertilizer. We have also seen a dramatic reduction in weeds, through an early and additional applications of pre-emergents and weed control. In 2026 we are adding their weed control in garden beds and the fertilization of a struggling walnut.
Rude. Poor service. Late on producing the invoice then turned me into a collections agency for a very small balance that was 31-60 days old. Trust me avoid the headaches!
Did not make my lawn look better at all. Procedural, bureaucratic and not capable of finding a customized solution.
No stars. The lawn looks terrible, worse than no treatment, large bare patches, rough yellow , brown lawn even after weeks of rain! Total waste of time and money

Abe was most cordial and professional. We discussed backyard poor condition and he said he would discuss our conversation with Daryl. He also took pictures of back yard. Waiting to hear from Daryl to schedule a visit to see for himself. Abe did a good job.

Requested for them not to add my personal information to their mailing and marketing lists, but they did it anyway. Dealt with Frank Rodriguez and sent him a follow up email to purge my information and I was ignored. This is not the way to do professional business.

While we have been pleased with how our grass is thicker and greener, we are still having issues with weed control. Most frustrating is the promise to come out and seed areas that are bare. I am told someone will be out, and then nobody shows. And it has happened more than once. And then when they show, its too late, missing the ideal window for new grass to grow. The no shows is what drives the rating down to 1 star.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We apologize that the communication from us regarding your seeding service call was insufficient. We felt a more thorough approach to the bare areas was warranted but unfortunately that required a separate service and resulted in a slight delay in scheduling. That was not communicated well with you and that responsibility falls on us entirely. As for any issues you may be having with weed control, we will continue to provide weed control throughout the season and welcome requests for service calls in between services as needed. We're glad to know that the lawn has improved under our care and we look forward to continuing to care for your lawn in the future. We're happy to have you as part of the NuLeaf family.
**Update: After NuLeaf read my review, they reached out to me and we have a positive conversation around what happened and I made some customer service recommendations that they were very open to. With the feedback I provided, I'm sure that this type of situation won't occur again so I have added another star to my review. Thanks NuLeaf for responding and making this right. I know there are a lot of great reviews on this company but over time, our experience changed so thought I would provide some details so you can judge for yourself. For a few years, we had them come out for general yard maintenance/aeration/over seeding using their organic service and to be honest, I don't really think our yard looked that much better but we didn't know the difference. I decided to reach out to the company directly so we could huddle around my evolving dissatisfaction with the condition of my lawn and Carla was very nice on the phone so I thought we were making progress. She had a tech come out to talk to me about how to fix my specific situation, discuss new options to add, and I was just not impressed with the end result. He made me feel like there really wasn't a clear solution and didn't seem that interested in discussing it further with me, almost had a "I just do the regular maintenance and that is what I'm interesting in doing today" feeling. I then reached out to pay our final overdue bill and send an email to close our account and tell them how we felt about the entire situation and nothing back, no response, nothing. I'm sure they will say they didn't receive the correspondence but I definitely sent it. Overall, I think they are great if you are a regular, generic monthly subscribers to their basic services but if you really want to feel good about the partnership and come up with a personalized game plan for your yard, just didn't make us feel at all like our business was that important.

While it is no excuse for this change, we have experienced a rapid growth over the last 2 years and as such have hired additional staff to help with these rapid changes. We are working this year to make a lot of important changes to improve communication, training, and client experience. Our hope is to show you that we are committed to continuing to learn and develop as both individuals and as a company.<br>We understand that you have spoken with our service manager and discussed some of the issues that have been impacting the lawn and have been able to build up some plans for irrigation in the areas that are very dry. This does not make up for the communication gap on our end, but we hope that it will help your lawn make some additional improvements.<br>Your feedback is greatly appreciated as we work through this transition time as it helps us to see where we can improve. Please reach out this summer to discuss this in more detail to see what other suggestions you may have and give us an opportunity to show you how hard we are willing to work to get better.
We hired them for past 2 years. Our lawn looks the worst it's ever looked....tons of weeds, patches, yellowing, etc. And they were not inexpensive - $199/visit. After our first year I called them out to show them areas that needed to be addressed/improved and was a bit dismayed that they had let the lawn get this way under their care. I was assured it would all be taken care of, so we worked with them for another year and nothing was taken care of. It was a colossal waste of money and now I get to repair all the damage and try to bring my lawn back.
Lawn looks rough after over a year with them and they aren’t interested in trying to make adjustments and figure out why. Weeds are under control but almost all the grass they planted has died and much of the rest of the lawn is thin and sickly looking despite consistent watering, leaving big brown patches of bare dirt all over my yard. Worst part is that I was willing to work with them to try and get to the bottom of why it looks so bad but their response continues to be that it’s “typical” of the season, which makes me think they haven’t actually come and looked at the lawn like they said they did. If I was NuLeaf I certainly wouldn’t want to double down on saying that a lawn like mine is a “typical” result for their company.
