I have had this company coming to my house for 2 yrs, Gene was absolutely wonderful. Was always polite, showed up on time and really listened to all my concern. Since October I have been going back and forth with the office about having him as my service guy. Well today I received a call from a new guy who quickly caught an attitude when I was asking questions (he spoke to me like I was stupid). I have called over 15 times and left vm trying to schedule a date & time for an exterminator to come out to my home and have had no luck with anyone even calling me back, but had someone gladly take my payment? This makes no sence to me!!
