They came to our house today for pest control treatment very professional did a great job cheapest price by far of the ten businesses I contacted will use them again for outside once it gets a little warmer I grade them a ten and when you call office the office manager very honest and professional the ladies that came to the house did a fantastic job willl use them again soon thanks Ugly bug you are a great business Thankyou Chuck Keller

I highly recommend Ugly Bug!!! I had yellow jackets close to my front porch steps and I have a cat who likes to lay (belly up) on the porch. I called a company who was able to come right away. He sprayed the front porch area assuring me that this would take care of the "ground nests". The next day there were still yellow jackets. I called and he came back (at no charge) and sprayed again. Again, there were still yellow jackets. Ugly Bug was recommended and so I called and Bianca came out. She actually crawled under my front porch. She pulled out two paper wasp nests that were hanging under the front steps and destroyed a yellow jacket nest that was hanging under the porch. I feel confident that all nests are gone. I will only call Ugly Bug in the future. Very impressed!!

Ugly bug is the best place to call for any type of bug service you may need. She is the sweetest lady ive ever met and she takes her job very seriously. She cares about you and your family to make sure she gets rid of everything. I would never call anywhere but ugly bug she is freaken Awesome. 😊

These ppl are great with great customer service!!!!! But I've been trying to get ahold of yall we need another run through. Every number yall have listed is the same and no one answers, the texting comes back as an error, so idk how to reach yall ....

Always a great experience working with uglybug. Very communicative and their very flexible with their schedule. When I first moved into my home it was full of carpenter bees and stink bugs and within the first service they were gone. Highly recommend!!

They called me back quickly after leaving a message, are competitively priced, and were able to come out and do a treatment within a week. Came back two weeks later for a follow up, and I haven't seen a carpenter ant since! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly. Will definitely use again if I have future pest control needs.
