We’ve been using Orkin’s service for 10 years and we typically only see one or even zero mostly, spiders/insects in the house and just a few outside around the house between services. We tried a different service several years ago, because they promised they were better, but after just one treatment we started to have many issues that we never saw with Orkin, so we switched back. Based on these reviews, my first experience doesn’t seem to be typical but I would be in remiss if I didn’t share mine. This was for the Harrisonburg VA branch. Called them to come out for some bees that were making a home on the side of my home. They came out and sprayed something that didn’t work, so I called them to come back out, and whatever they did the second time, also didn’t work. Wasted nearly 400 dollars on that.
