These guys are the absolute worst at being on time even though they have a 2 hour window to do so. My last appointment window required me to be off work for 3 hours for an interier spray of my home and they were still late. This has happened almost every time and they dont do Saturdays. It is impoosible to nail down a time with them that doesnt require me to take time off work they dont do afternoons..Ill be cancelling my service with Truly Nolan.

We had Nolan come out to do a free estimate about a month ago. They said they'd send us the estimate the next day. It never came. I called a week or so ago to ask if we could get it and was told again that someone would call me the next day. No one ever did. I don't want to chase them down anymore so I'll go somewhere else with my business.

UPDATE: Changing review from 1 star to 3. Truly Nolan contacted my husband after seeing this review to discuss the situation. They were very apologetic and made it clear they are doing everything in their power to investigate and make sure this never happens again. They explained that their policy is to offer preventative treatment in a case like ours and that the inspector we had was not acting in accordance with their policies. They gave a direct contact number and encouraged us to reach out if they can do anything else to remedy things. We appreciate and respect a company that can acknowledge its mistakes and take action to grow from them. Well done, Truly Nolan. My husband called for an inspection after finding termites in our garage. The inspector told him we "hit the lottery" and that the termites hadn't moved beyond a box that was on the floor. He said we just needed to caulk the cracks in the concrete and we'd be good to go. Well, we moved everything out of the garage so we could caulk the cracks in the concrete, and there were termites everywhere. We called a different company this time, and the guy who did our most recent inspection was mind-blown by the advice we were given by Truly Nolen. He said the Truly Nolen guy should have known there would be termites elsewhere and that caulking the cracks was a ridiculous solution that wouldn't work. This company is incompetent .

I signed a 3 month agreement to take care of our rodent/mouse problem. The agent was inconsistent in her scheduling. She would show up randomly and was not professional. We paid $800 to only catch one mouse in two months. The mice are still on our house. Very disappointed in the service.

I didn’t use this company because I don’t want to sign a contract. Even if you just want a one time spray they require a contract. First thing I said “I don’t want a contract”. Just wasted my time, took time off work and everything. Disappointing!!!!

Had some pest issues at an apartment I was renting. Used truly Nolan on a recommendation from a neighbor. The service was always fine, however they were never on time, did not contact me prior to scheduling a time to come by(so they would just randomly show up at my home unannounced) even though I repeatedly asked them not to do so. We signed a year contract with them and after the last visit we tried to cancel the service. This took three months to do; they tried to charge us for extra services, and they still charged us a cancellation fee even though we had completed the contracts time frame. Most attempts to contact them were fruitless, voicemails would be ignored, and even if we got ahold of anyone we would be told someone would get in touch with us and then nobody ever did. Do not use this service, I would recommend it to nobody, and I would give them 0 stars if I could. Very displeased and disappointed.

They had us scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday from 8-10. There was a no show, and when we called the lady said, "I'm not sure why he isn't there yet, he didn't have any appointments this morning". My wife missed a half day of work for that. When that technician was reached he said something came up. He rescheduled for today Friday August 20th at 1:30. Fine things come up. Well I took a half day off to be here for that appointment. Again a no show. There was no offer to help compensate, more than a comment about how understaffed they are, and techs can't make appointments on their own, and how we weren't even on the schedule. Very unprofessional, and unorganized. I would not recommend truly Nolen pest & termite control!

Have a huge infestation of bugs in my house. Called on Saturday and described my issue. They promised me someone would be out Monday to spray. I had to be home to let them in the house, so I took time off of work. THEY NEVER SHOWED. When they were thirty minutes past the window of time where they were supposed to be here I called to see if they were running late. My appointment was on the books, but no one could find the person that was supposed to be at my house. They said they would have the manager call me in the morning to reschedule. So I guess I'm just supposed to take time off of work and hope they show up. In the meantime, my house is still full of bugs......

Signed up for the 13 month contract. Had to reschedule for the initial treatment and they still showed up on the wrong day. Then the day they were supposed to come they didn’t show up. Third times a charm I guess. When they finally showed up I was promised no glue traps that they would bring snap traps for the mice and that they would also wear booties. With me speaking to the receptionist multiple times even on that day they still showed up without booties so I had to ask them to go get them and then they showed up with only glue traps. The worst part was how they made me feel as though i was inconveniencing them instead of taking accountability. Two days wasted and didn’t get anything accomplished. Cancelled contract never had my house treated by them.

We have been a customer for several years now. We have had the same technician for the entire time, which is a big bonus in my opinion. He is awesome and knows where the bugs hide at our house better than we do. He has always showed up on time and is very professional. We call them back for spot treatments on wasps and they are able to get us in very quick. Our house is rock exterior so it is a constant battle, but they never mind coming back out as many times as we need (the cost is covered in our annual service plan, nothing extra). We had trouble with our dog getting ticks in our backyard for the first time this year. He came out once and we haven't seen one again. Billing is very easy and we haven't had any issues. We have been very happy customers!

From the beginning, nothing has gone as promised. The several people that were supposed to show up on a weekly basis that I paid $2000 for, only one person showed and was almost 2 hours late, working in the dark. I sent an email on November 25th to the manager, Francisco, whom I suppose is the person that came to inspect work that never been done as well as maintain it. Even if he did show and I see everyone that does, how could he inspect and maintain something that had never been fixed in the first place, conveniently the day after I send the email on the 26th. It takes me a half hour in my XUV Gator just to ride around my 17 acre ranch. So far I have paid $1000 per hour for the 2 hours someone has shown over the past month, including today, as they were suppose to be here to "wrap up" the initial service and once again, nobody showed. I intend to request my money back tomorrow and cancel service.

I paid for the lump sum payment instead of monthly smaller payments so that i could save money. Rep took my card information down, and ran with it or something. Truly Nolen is still sending me invoices for hundreds of dollars demanding payment and saying i never paid, yet they refuse to answer me when i confront them with my receipt. Emails and phone calls left unanswered. They were also recommended to me, and i was told that Truly Nolen sends a thank you card to the people who recommended service. Its been 3 months and no such thank you has been sent. To recap, Their rep took my credit card information and disappeared with it. My emails and calls attempting to figure out why they are having a billing error and if i should be concerned about my card being with someone are unanswered, and insteas they are attempting to double bill. The "thank you" for recommending them never gets sent. Overall it seems like they are a group of very forgetful people.

These guys suck. made an appointment somehow disappeared from their system, then had to reschedule. Waited for two weeks to have someone come out and spray for spiders. They finally came out and did an 'inspection' where they tried to sell me on an annual service and said they had to reschedule a technician to come out and actually take care of the spiders. So they want me to take more time off work so I can have them do what I actually called them to do the first time. I'll call someone else, thanks.
